No Apology from Salman, Says Women's Panel Can't Summon Him

Mumbai: Actor Salman Khan on Thursday refused to apologise or appear before the Maharashtra State Commission for Women in the controversy over his remark on rape.
Sources said Salman informed the women's panel that they don't have jurisdiction in such matters.
Khan is yet to appear before the women's panel despite repeated summons. He was scheduled to appear before the panel on Thursday, but that hearing is unlikely to happen.
A spokesperson for the MSCW said they have received his reply and that they will decide future course of action after going through it.
Khan was summoned by the MSCW after he remarked at a media event that the tough shoot sessions for his film Sultan made him feel like a "raped woman".

I don't think he truly regrets for what he said. N even if he does, he has a big fat ego which will never let him apologize. N an apology from a person who has no remorse is of no use. Does Not hold any value. Its best to leave him alone and never ever boil your blood for these celebs. Not worth your time and energy.

Rape is a alarming crime and issue of concern, a sensitive one indeed throughout the country. Its not normal, its just not a conversation - its about someone's body, freedom,right,life.

Its beyond calling someone name and putting out a middle finger.. CANNOT COMPARE.

Joking about 'raped WOMEN', making light of it and not even apologizing - Its a slap to all those women.. Its insensitive.

could be those other two examples are not as serious.
But u get the idea.

no one says what he did is right. even he is aware of it. apology should come naturally.
but there are similar instances as this and bigger issues that are not getting similar attention.
