"I need the best doctor in town for my mother" He yelled at the doctors
"Could you please lower your tone Mr, Your mother isn't the only patient in this hospital" A familiar voice to him dared to raise her voice against him
"Sonakshi" he whispered looking at her all changed
"Doctor Bose" She corrected him reminding him he had lost the right to call her sonakshi
"I need to meet the doctor in charge for my mother'" he was back to his ruthless self and point
"You people may leave" She directed to the crowd he managed to accumulate with all his yelling "i was given your mother's case much to my displease but you can thank me for having learnt to keep my professional and personal life apart, also one thing Mr dixit if you don't want me to handle your mother's case you can always inform the hospital authorities that is alright with me" Saying so she turned to leave for her cabin
"How can you be so indifferent sonakshi after betraying me so badly" He thought as he rushed to the hospital head office
"I told you i needed the best doctor and what do you give me ?" He shouted at the doctor in charge
"Mr dixit , Doctor Sonakshi Bose is the Best , if you want your mother's life you have to co operate with her , Yes she is a lot strict but nobody could ever question her work" he informed him leaving him to decide what he wanted
He entered in his mother's room looking at her weakened State
"Ma" he held her hands fearing to lose her
"i'll be fine Dev" she smiled at her son
" i know" All his life he has been losing the ones he loves , his Mother and sisters were all what was left to him but now he had to take "Her" help to save his mother , he looked at his mother and realized his ego wasn't bigger than his love for his mother
"i have some work i will just be back" he informed his mother
"i love you sooo much" he heard as he opened the door of her cabin disturbing her phone call, he suddenly doubted his decision feeling disgusted at her
"Ever heard about Knocking Mr dixit???" She taunted signalling him one min " Take care of him i will be back soon"
"I want you to treat my mother i am ready to pay as much you want for it" He said ignoring whatever he heard from her phone call
"Money just doesn't buy everything mr Dixit, anyway am a Doctor i will do all possible mean to treat your mother, for now you can take her Home i willl drop by 8 am to look at her, one more thing make sure along with you , your family members also don't have any issue with me treating your Mother"
All he could do as she spoke was staring at her , she wasn't a lot Changed , she was still as beautiful as she was but one thing was missing , her Smile and the glow of her eyes , why? he thought , she must be happy now
"You may leave now mr Dixit" she said breaking his trail of thoughts
"i loved you Dev but i can't forget how you misunderstood me , somehow i know you weren't at fault but you forgot all the promises you made to me without a second thought"
He left her cabin wondering how will he inform his family about Sona being his mother's doctor again after whatever happened in past
