Suddenly they heard the loud gasps! He was trying to breathe! Oxygen was not reaching his lungs! He tried more but nothing happened! All the tree pairs of eyes looked at him! The first to come out of it was Taani! She got up and put the oxygen mask and he silently went into a normal mode

"Its better we start!" she said controlling her composure, reminding herself that the person lying on the bed was no one to her

"Taani! Are you sure? You want to be here with us?" Asha asked concern! They knew her past! They knew the pain she had gone through

"Yes! I want to see if I have moved on or not" She replied calmly yet confidently

"Fine" Rithvik said and they started the operation

They stood outside the operation theatre; they knew that operation was going on as they saw the bulb glow in red! Sharon stood their emotionless! Her mind was blank she slowly snaked down on the ground with the support of the wall! All looked at her they couldn't do anything! All were restless to know what had happened to him! Is he alright or not?! Rey put a hand on her shoulder and she looked at him and seeing him she realized that were they were! And how restless they were! She cried! Tears flowed down her eyes she hugged him and cried! All looked at her including Ruhi!

"Rey! Swa..yam" She sobbed

"Kuch nahi hoga usseh! Best-friend ka vada hain tumse!" he said and she cried more

"Sharon calm down!" Rey said

She silently cried! The gang looked worried! If they lost him they will lost the other two to! If they lost him then how will they live?! How will they be able to overcome him?! He had a special place in everyone's heart! On the other side Taani was controlling herself not to break-down not in-front of them at-least! Not in her wildest dreams she had thought that she had to operate her own brother! She loved him! She still loves him! She had always cared for him! She still cares for him! But what he did five years ago was not really un-forgetful to her! She had to go through the pain all alone! He was not beside him! She had to face all those rude comments, rude behaviors he was not the person! But he was her brother! He must have forgotten her not her!

"He needs blood!" Asha said

"I will give him!" Taani said without thinking

"You can't!" Rithvik said

"I can and I will!" she said stubbornly

"Taani you can't! You are weak!" Asha said

"No! I can't be weak for my brother! I will give the blood!" She said

"Taani try to understand!" Asha said

"Taani you are not going any-where that's final!" Rithvik said with fierceness in her voice which made Taani stay back

"What's his blood group?" Asha asked

"O positive!" Taani replied

"Fine! You cover his wounds I will go and do something" Rithvik said and walked out of the room! Where he saw them sitting tensed! He had seen them in photos and frames which were hung on Taani's house! But she never looked at it! He walked slowly and when she saw the girl crying he made it sure she was Sharon! He couldn't believe his eyes! The persons he hated the most for ruining his best-friend's life boiled-up his anger but some-what controlled it! Nil saw Rithvik coming out and taking out his mask and the whole group's attention shifted to him hearing his food-steps! Sharon was the one who stood up! She came towards him

"Doctor how's he? Is he fine? Does he need something? Doctor please say something!" Sharon asked in a vulnerable state while Simi rubbed her back

"He needs blood! After the transfusion we can say anything! Till then you guys have to relax!" Rithvik said making them more dump in the tension

"So any-body has O+ blood group?" He asked

"Taani had!" Rey said all looked at him! Rithvik just want to rip his head off

"Why are you caring about her? When she is not with you?!" Rithvik snapped at him and all the head turned to his side! He lost him-self! He cursed himself for uttering those words!

"Any-body has the same blood group?" He asked to change their suspicious vision

"I have!" Ruhi and Sharon both said together

"Great! You guys come with me! We will have some test and then decide who will give the blood" Rithvik said

"Then it's not necessary we should have a test upon that! I will give the blood!" Ruhi said and Sharon nodded her head not wanting to fight with her not in this situation! Rithvik was confused listening to her he knew that Swayam loves Sharon and Sharon too! But the mark made by Ruhi confused him more

"Doctor let's go!" Sharon said

"Rithvik! You guys can call me Rithvik!" he said and took the two girls away! The gang stood their letting them go! Rey didn't know he was feeling the uneasiness since he had entered the hospital! The feeling that she is with him; around him just he can't see her! He closed his eyes not to think about her but couldn't stop himself! His heart was reminding him of their happiness! Reminding the hurt he caused to her! He stood their closing her eyes! There was no one to support him! Vicky came in front of him he patted on his shoulder and there he broke down on the hospital fear of losing his best-friend! Frustrated with the happenings around him

"Taani we need more cotton!" Asha said trying to stop the blood from his knees!"

"I will go and fetch it!" she said and put the cotton on his head and wrapped it with the cloth and started to move towards the door

"Are you sure you are ready to face them?" Asha asked concerned

"I have waited for this day from the past five years! Just to see if I have moved on or not" she said and opened the door! This was leading to another door and then out! She took small steps and when she reached their she could see them! See him crying! See him being restless! Her eyes filled with tears! She took a deep breath and removed her mask and with shivering hands she opened the door making a creak voice which made their heads turn towards the door! She walked out! When she wholly came in front of them they stood-up with shock! Mean-time Ruhi and Sharon to came their! They all looked at her with utter shock! Rey looked at her with longing in his eyes! His eyes said that when their eyes met! She broke their contact!

"Nurse!" she called out

"Yes Ma'am!" she asked coming in-front

"Bring some cotton rags and a mask too! Fast!" she said immediately

"Just a minute Ma'am" the nurse said and walked out to fetch the things

They didn't utter a word! They didn't imagine she will be here not this point of time and as a doctor not at all! Taani looked at them! Rey took a step forward to talk with her hearing her voice he closed his eyes to savor it! She moved backwards indicating him to stop then and there

"Here you go ma'am!" The nurse handed over the things

"Thank you so much!" she said put the mask on and was going inside the theatre when-

"Taani!" Rey said to stop her

"Tanya Shekawat!" she pointed out with fierceness in her voice and got inside while the other stood dumb-founded!
