Hi guys! This is my first post in this forum and first DevAkshi OS as well.. I don't know if u all will like it but I really wanted to write on DevAkshi at least for once so here it is, Enjoy! š
Dev was in his office lost in some thoughts, he called Tina in his cabin said her to cancel his evening meetings as he has to go somewhere. As she left, he picked up his phone to call someone.
Sonakshi was in her room and was deeply lost staring at her phone screen with few tears in her eyes struggling to role down, she had their titanic pose pic on phone screen that had took her into another world.. suddenly his call brought her to the real world, she quickly answered the call, the tears she had in her eyes till now rolled down on her cheeks in no time
Dev in a cheerful voice said a Hi but when he didn't got any reply from the other side he became quite worried
D: Miss bose..Sonakshi.. Are you okay? Kya hua? I thought ap bohat khush hongi aj after all hum Itne din baad aj mil rahe hain.. Lekin ap to.. Miss Bose are you there? Ap sun rahi hain na
S: first of all its Sonakshi for you, haan ap boliye na main sun rahi hoon
D: thank god kuch to bola apne mujhe to laga tha main bas apne aap se hi batein kiye ja raha hoon.. Acha ap ye btaye aj ap kya pehan rahi hain, Itne din bad apko dekhonga kuch to special hona chahiye na..
S: acha, itna bhi kuch special nahi hai.. Itni bhi dair baad nahi mil rahe last month hi to mile the na..
D: ap har bar precticaly kyun answer deti hain, ap ko ek mehina(month) kam lagta hai? main apse ek pal bhi dor nahi reh sakta har waqt apk sath rehna chahta hoon, aur ap hain ke..
S: agar ap sach me har pal mere sath rehna chahte to aj hum aise phone pe baat nahi kar rahe hote.. Anyways I'll be there on time.. Bye Dev
Her words hit him hard he felt something inside him tored apart.. He is responsible for all this? But what he did? Even he is broken from inside can't she see this? he tried to make things perfect but he had only two options, two different ways that weren't going to become one no matter how long you walk, the two most important women of his life, if he chose one other will go far away and he cannot let anyone of them go away as they both together make him a perfect person, they both together make his life complete how can he chose one and let other one left him alone.. His mother was everything for him she had made so many sacrifices for him, he cannot hurt her.. Whatever he is now is only becouse of her, and he hasn't chosed anyone yet how can she talk so rudly..he is suffering from the same pain as her, has she forgoten he loves her the same she do? His life was a mess from past few months.. He still remembers how his life dramatically changed after his Sister's marriage.. He was so happy his love of life was with him..he got to feel the best feelings of his life 'Feeling of Love' 'Feeling of being Loved' 'Feeling of Loving someone from all your heart' tho he knew the last feeling earlier also but it was his mother, he loves her from all his heart but loving Sonakshi was a totally different experience which truly made his world beautiful just like a dream..
He was all lost in the beautiful memories of his life when his phone ringed it was his mom who wanted to know if he will have dinner at home or he has any meetings, he told her to have dinner without him and don't wait for him as he will be late
...
He was already sitting there waiting for her when she entered that coffee shop where he once waited for her for 5 long hours.. Somehow this was one of few reasons that her feelings changed for him.. Before she could say anything he literally ran towards her and engulfed her in bone crushing hug...
She hugged him back, both had tears in their eyes, they stayed like this for sometime as they both knew no one was there in coffee shop except them. From past 6 months they were meeting there when Dev books whole coffee shop even the staff had to leave the shop for few hours..
He was surprised seeing her in the same Saree he gifted her long back.. The memories of that day when they spent some most beautiful moments of their lives being all alone in his house started running before his eyes in no time.. He kissed on her forehead and she closed her eyes just to feel the warmth of his Love..holding her hand he took her with him inside as they both were still standing near the caf door, they both sit together. And there was long silence, both were looking into each other's eyes wanting to speak out all their feelings.both were looking calm but inside both were having storms of so many different feelings that they can't even describe in words..A sorry in trembling voice brought him back to real world, he couldn't believe what he heard a sorry? But why? He was trying to figure out this when she wrapped his arm with hers resting her head on his shoulder saying a sorry again..he put his hand on her asking why you're saying sorry Miss Bose just then she gave him a questioning look cutely even having tears in her eyes she managed to look all fine by then
D: ah.. I know.. Its Sonakshi, but ap sorry kyun bol rahi hain?
S: maine apse phone pe rudly baat ki na.. Is liye, I know apki situation mujhse zyada buri hai but main kya karon.. Ap pehle insan hain jisse maine Pyaar kiya aur agar ap hi mere pas nahi rahenge to.. Main apse dor nahi reh sakti Dev..main kab se apni love story ka wait kar rahi thi aur ab jab Meri wish finally pori hui hai to main nahi chahti ke main apse dor ho jaon...Mr. Dixit ap bhi to mere bagair nahi reh sakte na, ap ko to pata hai main us waqt kitna sad thi ap se milne ki khushi bhi thi lekin phir ye bhi pata hai ke ab apse phirse Itne din dor...
She couldn't complete her sentence as he kept his finger on her lips
D: Miss Bose kitna bolti hain ap.. Mujhe bhi to kuch bolne dejiye.. Main apse naraz nahi hoon. Mujhe pata hai ap us waqt upset thi is liye apko kissi bhi baat ke liye sorry bolne ki koi zarurat nahi hai, aur ap humari is choti si mulaqat ko aise sorry kehne me kyun waste karna chahti hain..
As he said this he sees her getting sad quickly changing the topic he asked her about the plans of continuing her profession, she wasn't working for him anymore coz his mother get healthy long back... he still remembers how happ they both were the day they got to know this...but that day also changed their lives misarbly..
*Flashback*
She was getting ready to leave for his house as he wanted to see her before he go office but as he was about to leave she got a call it was Dr. Sinha(I hope its the right name coz I'm too lazy to check :P) she answered the call & what she got to hear made her jump in happiness.. She went to hospital first and there she got the reports of Ishwari.. The reports had a really good news, Ishwari Dixit was all fine... Sonakshi wanted to tell this news to Dev first after reaching his house instead of going in kitchen she went into his room.. He was getting ready to leave for office just when she entered his room, happily hugged him and told him about the reports.. She was expecting an endless happiness on his face but he just smiled. She was so confused seeing him like that..
S: Mr. Dixit ap khush nahi hain? Auntyji pori trhan se theek ho gai hain.. Ap unhein Meri bhi zarurat nahi hai..
And the reality just hits her..'unhein Meri zarurat nahi hai iska mtlab ab main yahan..' She was thinking this only then he called her name holding her hand...
D: Miss Bose.. Kya soch rahi hain? Main apko apne aap se kabhi dor nahi jane donga.. Aur humein ek dusre ke sath rehne ke liye apke yahan kam krne ki zarurat nahi hai... Aur agar ap chahein to mere office me bhi kam kar sakti hain.. Waise.. Mere pas apke liye ek surprise hai
S: surprise.. Kya hai? Jaldi btaye na?
D: agar bata diya to surprise nahi rahega na.. Ap yahan aiye
He made her stand in front of the mirror..
D: ab ankhein band kijiye..
S: aisa kya surprise hai jo ap..
D: Miss Bose please..
She closed her eyes pouting cutely.. He quickly bring out something from the drawer and rushed back to stand behind her, she opened her eyes only to see him having cute little earrings in his hand.. She was about to turn when he hold her from arms and made her look back in mirror He helped her wearing those earrings
D: bohat ache lag rahe hain
S: lekin Dev ap ye kyun laye
D: kyun ke ap ne Meri maa ka bohat khiyal rakha hai.. Aj agar wo theek hui hain to sirf apki waja se, agar ap na hoti to shayd meri maa kabhi theek na ho pati.. Thank you for everything you have done meri maa ke liye meri family ke liye..mere liye...
S: par apko in reports ke bare me.. Apko pehle se pata tha?
D: Dr. Sinha ne mujhe pehle hi call kar ke reports ke bare me bata diya tha...
She just couldn't think anything and hugged him tightly..
D: abhi ek surprise baqi hai
S: what? Ek aur surprise..
He take her hands in his looking into her eyes, he comes closer to her.. As he comes closer her heart beat went so fast she stood still.
D: Miss Sonakshi Bose.. I Love you so much and i want to marry you..
She couldn't believe what she just heard. She was trying to sink in his words, when he hold her and looking into her eyes he asked "will you marry me Miss Bose" She wrapped her arms around him and whispered "yes" and they both hugged each other for few sec. when she break the hug and turned blushing they both saw someone standing at the door it was Ishwari who just came there by the time they hugged each other, she didn't heared any of their talks but was shocked seeing them hugging... Sona gave a look to Dev before leaving from there silently, and Dev was continuously looking at Ishwari. He somehow managed to be normal and called her inside as he has some good news to tell her. She without saying anything followed his words, he told her about the reports and said "Sonakshi came here to tell about reports only, she is so happy to know you're healthy now" she didn't replied but smiled a little nodded and went to her room.
Her reaction made obvious that she has surely heard his & Sonakshi's talk... But what he is going to do now? He should confess his feelings for Sonakshi to his mom but he can't see her hurt what if she doesn't accept his & Sonakshi's relationship... He couldn't decide what he should do and how can he not hurt any of the two most important women of his life...
He was lost in his thoughts from hours when at night Ishwari came in his room to call him for dinner, he was so lost that he didn't even noticed his phone was ringing from a while, Ishwari looked at his phone it was Sonakshi..
I: Dev.. Sonakshi ka phone hai utha le..
And this brought him back to the world, he picked up his phone only when he was going to answer the call he heard Ishwari again and her words just snatched the ground under his feet..
I: usko bolna kal se yahan ane ki zarurat nahi hai ab main bilkul theek hoon aur apna dehan rakh sakti hoon, ab Mujhe kissi nutritionist ki zarurat nahi hai. Baat karne ke baad aa jana neeche khana laga diya hai.
He was so shattered, he has hurt his mom and now how can he hurt his love of life too. And when he looked at his phone he had accidentally answered the call..."did she heard everything" he thought in his mind.
D: Sonakshi...
S: main ne sun liya hai Dev.. Ap fikar mat kijiye main kal se kam pe nahi aongi.
*Present day*
There was a long silence between them once again, it was still so hard for them to sink in the reality of their relationship.. They were together, they share all happenings of their lives with each other, they understand each other better than themselves, there wasn't any awkwardness between them, they were so close yet so far and this distance was hurting them deep inside and the pain was becoming unbearable with each passing day... Finally Dev break the silence
D: Miss Bose apko to mere bare me sab pata hai na.. Ap janti hai main maa ko dukhi nahi dekh sakta, unhein ne kitna kuch kiya hai hum sab ke liye.. Kitna dukh saha hai sirf is liye ke humein koi mushkil na ho. unhein mera apse milna acha nahi lagta, lekin main apko bhi hurt nahi kar sakta ap bhi mere liye bohat importance rakhti hain..Mujhe samjh nahi ata main kya karon.. Main ap dono se door nahi reh sakta..
She was trying her best to listen his part of story and understand his situation, and she even understands it very well.. But even she wasn't wrong, what was her fault that she is getting so much pain for? That she loved him? She wanted a love story but she wasn't ready for an uncomplete love stroy.. She wanted to complete her love story but why he wasn't letting her do this?
S: apko lagta hai ke apki maa ko is rishte se etraz hai.. Unhon ne aisa kaha? Apne kabhi unhein apni feelings btane ki koshish ki? Apko yaad hai us din jab apne galati se meri call answer kar di thi aur maine Auntyji ki sari batein sun li thi? Apne mujhe kaha ke apko waqt chahiye main maan gai.. Phir apne kaha ke ap mujhse roz roz nahi mil sakte maine uspe bhi kuch nahi kaha.. Har mahene yahan milna apne hi decide kiya tha.. Main ne kabhi apse kuch nahi kaha, bas ek baar apni maa se baat karne dijiye Mr. Dixit..
D: nahi.. Main janta hoon wo meri khushi ke liye kabhi is rishte se mana nahi karengi par wo kabhi is rishte se khush bhi nahi raheingi... Wo kabhi kuch kehti nahi hain lekin main samjh jata hoon..
S: to theek hai main kuch nahi bolongi ap samjh jana..
And she stood up and was about to leave when he grabbed her hand and wrapped her in his arms from behind...she put her hands on his closing her eyes and letting the tears roll down her cheeks.. He tightened his grip "dont go" she can sense the pain in his voice. But they both were helpless. After few sec breaking the hug she turned to his face. She lovingly touched his face tilting up her head she kissed on his forehead. She wrapped her hands around his neck and hugged him tightly And whispered in his ear"we will meet soon" and they both hugged each other passionately for long time.
