Basketball tournament begins the next day. Rahul and his team are nervous about winning the match as they are apprehensive about the last minute changes in the team.
Arnav goes to Rahul & said: I know you can do it. Just give your best. You have to cover up for those who have not practised but the selection which we made are quite good. That should not be a problem my dear jeeju.
Rahul: Saale saab, tere mooh main ghee shakkar.

She kisses him & goes to her seat.
Juhi comes & says: All the best Rahul.
Rahul is surprised.
Juhi: It is because you represent our hospital.

Match begins. Sanjeevani starts well with Rahul grabbing the ball & getting the basket for his team. Sanjeevani leads 20-10. However, One team member from Apollo injures Rahul & Omi. However, Omi's pain gets more critical. Dr. Shashank tends to his injuries. Apollo team overtakes Sanjeevani & takes the score to 75. Sanjeevani is still in 20. There is a break.
Rahul calls his team & said: We have to make it in this half. Don't think about anything else. Give your best.
Second half begins. Sanjeevani starts with new spirit & continuously gets the baskets. Omi recovers & joins the team. The situation is very much tense. Modis, Raizadas &Suryavanshis cheer for Sanjeevani. A team member from Apollo pushes Rahul. His injury aggravates. Juhi cheers him up saying, "Don't worry Rahul. I'm always with you. You mean a lot to me. I love you." Rahul gets the courage & resumes his play without caring for his injury.
The scores are even. Last 5 minutes are remaining. Omi puts the ball into the basket in the last minute leading Sanjeevani Hospital to victory.

Meanwhile, Abir is still looking for the ways to woo Bhumi. He had kept away from her till Adi & Rashi was assured that he won't bother Bhumi anymore.
When Bhumi was leaving for the day, Abir came & said to Bhumi, "Where are your bodyguards?"
Bhumi: I don't need bodyguards as such. We are always one as a family.
Piyush & Shobha come & see Abir bothering Bhumi.
Piyush warns Abir saying, "As per the law, you cannot chase a girl. I can put you behind the bars."
Abir fights with him. Shobha calls the police & gets him arrested.
Piyush & Shobha then go to the coffee shop & spend quality time. Gautam brings Teesha home & informs both the families about going ahead with her.
