A source close to the show reveals that, "Divyanka is the most important part of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, she has to be there in every important scene. So, even from the ratings' point of view, the makers wanted some intense drama around her short exit. Finally, they zeroed in on a near-death sequence."

And till the time she joins the show again only her ICU close-ups will be shown.

Phew! Now that's what we call a creativity! Kudos to YHM makers for this upcoming track.

I don't think we will get Raman's POV anytime soon. He will be shown to be shattered with Ishita's critical situation but nothing beyond that will happen.It will all be saved until the day Ishita decides to leave to Australia and he chasing down her in the airport.
