Guys Intersex is a treatable condition. There is a surgery that needs to be done but it should be done as soon as possible. This is because it is physiological emergency. The longer you wait, the greater the trauma can be for the person.
Harman Saumya won't find an easy way but Harman will not only support her with the physical treatment but also emotional and mental treatment because thats way too harder.
Society named it as a supernatural issue and I think that will be also something Shakti as a show will oppose.
