I think somu is hermaphrodite that's why nimmi didn't let her wear the dress because somu can't be gender as you need surgery to become a transgender. And it's been happening since she was born so she must be a hermaphrodite.

Veiled lady is the person who bebe and marinder hired to kill somu since childhood. And can have some relation to harman's family
