i don't think dat armaan is rahul's son coz rahul's surname was mehra n armaan 's is mallik...this is my opinion.

didnt the creatives already say that DMG isnt a sequel to Sanjeevani...so i dont think that armaan is rahul's son

coz the "bua" at the sanjeevani orphanage camp used 2 b rahul's mother, im sure she would hav recognized her grandson!

i dont think he is becuase in some srticles ive read tht armaan is the son of an alcoholic anaesthesiologist.
also if he was thier son then people would recognize him but so far in DMG they havent even mentioned his family.....
