Tusshar Kapoor has become a single father to a baby boy named Laksshya through surrogacy using IVF and aunt Ekta Kapoor is very ecstatic in welcoming a new member to their family.

While the whole Kapoor family was excited with the news that broke yesterday, newly become aunt Ekta Kapoor couldn't hold her excitement for long and took to Twitter to share the first picture of the newly born with his proud grandfather and veteran actor Jeetendra who is seen kissing the forehead and showering love on his first grandchild.

Laksshya was born with the aid of medical technology at Jaslok Hospital in Mumbai.

Jeetendra and wife Shobha Kapoor said in a statement, "We could not be more excited to be grandparents to Laksshya, and are completely supportive of Tusshar's decision. This is certainly a tremendous blessing, and an exciting time in our lives. Tusshar is a wonderful son, and he has proven, with responsibility, independence and kindness, that he will be a great father to Laksshya."

Tusshar didn't reveal the date of birth of his son but said that he came home a week back.
