Gosh the BO collection of Civil war makes me wonder what Batmanvsuperman could've made, had it achieved its true Potential i.e accepted by both critics & audience. It beats Civil war both in terms of thursday midnight and Friday collection with a very low RottenT starting score of around 30% while that of Civil war was 90+%!! Just goes to show how much of an anticipated movie BvS was. BvS went downhill freefall from there on. Looking back 200+ really could've been possible...Alas, so near yet so far!!

in my opinion for more better bvs they shouldn't have cut north africa scenes intheatre release with more superman action scenes and nojimmy olsen killing. show how superman saved people with some dialogues instead of small scenes and finally long batman and superman fight also lois gonna explain in end so why not use mother instead martha (who even calls mother by her name?) batman can pause killing for asking about his parents then lois come andexplain everything.

For me Jimmy olsen's killing was significant because it made sure that supes could Not justify his true intention, which could've in some way change public's opinion, even bruce wayne maybe, but this are all just what-ifs. Also for me that martha thing makes complete sense. Batman never sees supes human side, even while fighting he emphasis that supes was 'never a man', he is hellbent on killing supes so why would he even care for an alien's mother who could be another alien. I feel like supes realise at that near dying point that using 'martha' would make batman atleast see some human connection. Supes already knew that bruce wayne is batman so must've looked up on his family too.See if you also hear one of your love ones name called out, you would also pause for some seconds, its human's natural reaction.And lois clearing out his confusion finally made him see supes human side (i.e clark, remember even lois called his earth name when she came to save him) that supes has a Human mother and he truely cares for her. To me that TWO batman's nightmare should've never been in the movie, it just doesn't make sense at all. How could he possibly have any knowledge of Darksied and his parademons. I agree with you that superman should've had more dialogues.

Whoa BM, now it Completely make sense. But before that decryption thing, he Had one nightmare where on the wall his parents name were shown and Parademons suddenly came out of that wall. Then he woke up on his bed with one lady beside him, you remember that scene? That was before the decryption thing.

Oh ya, i think you maybe right, it does look like giant bat. I watched it twice on the big screen but on both occasions i saw it as parademon lol. Its blink and miss type.

Watched batman v superman ultimate edition, what a amazing movie it's. ultimate cut is not going to change haters minds but if you are DC fan or liked TC batman v superman then you must watch. enjoyed all extra scenes and especially africa scene. i was hoping to see batman armored suit up like batman returns but anyways for me bvs uc is one of best CBM.
