Mumbai is a big city. Whole city is full of busy people. They even don't have time for their family so why will they spend their precious time for just an ordinary puppet dancing. It was Sunday evening. Near the marine drive there was a little stage made of woods and cloths. A woman wearing red ghagra choli was shouting to attract customers with a tambourine in hand.
Woman: Are aye aye. Shamil ho jay eek anokhi dasta mein mein. Dasta ek ajab gajab ki prem kahani ki.
Soon few people gathered around her including women and kids.
One person: Hare k prem kahani ek hi hote hai. Tumhari kahani mein aisi kounsi khas bat hai.
The woman smiled a bit.
Woman: Hamari kahani ki khas bat yeh hai iss kahani ka hero to insan hai par heroin ek machine hai.
At this weird announcement all the people halted a bit. Love story of Human and Machine. How is it possible?
Capturing the attention of others the puppet master sat behind the stage and started her play. And thus the story begun!!!!
The setting of the story can be anywhere. It can be in your neighboring lane. Or it can be on your neighboring house. Once there was a mad scientist who made a super robot and named her Rajni. By the course of circumstances he had to marry robo Rajni. Soon Rajni made a special place in the heart of the family members (though the female members never accepted it). Unknown to Shaan, Rajni made a special place at his heart too.
Till that we all know. Our story starts when Shaan handed Rajni over to Mathew and came back at his hotel room...
Shaan sat on the car with a heavy heart. His was sinking at the very thought of going to that empty room he shared with Rajni. He sat there with hand over his eyes. Why he was feeling like he had lost someone very close to his heart? After all Rajni was nothing but a project to him. From the very first time he knew that he will have to give her up. When he got so attached with her? It's funny how people realize the value of others once they are gone. He steered the car towards a bar and sat there with a bottle of vodka before him. The dark atmosphere matched with his mood perfectly. He finished bottle after bottle without thinking. Suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder. It was his father Amresh Kant.
AK: Kiye hua puttar? Tu aur yaha? Aajtak tujhe kabhi cigarette peete hue nehi dekha aur aaj tu sharab pee raha hai? Rajni bahu se jhagda hau hai kya?
Shaan: Woh chali gyi. Dad meri Rajni mujhe chodke chali gyi! Woh aab kabhi wapas nehi ayegi. Kabhi mujhe Pareshaan kehke nehi bulayegi.
AK: Ay tu ki kehraha hai puttar? Woh tujhe chodke kaise ja sakti hai? Tujhe koi galat faimi hui hai.
Shaan: Nehi dad. Maine usse apne hato se sajya tha. Unhi hato se usse blank kar diya. Unhi hato se apni Rajni ko vida kiya dad.
Before Shaan could say anything else he fainted. Amresh picked up his son in his strong arms and took him back to the hotel. True to Shaan's words Rajni was not there. He placed Shaan on his bed and put out his shoes with his own hand.
Amresh: Beta ji jab aap ittu sa the tab aap mujhse hamesha chupak ke rehte the. Hamesha dad dad kehke ass pass guma karke the. Phir aap bade ho gye aur aapki alag dunya ho gya jaha iss budhe baap ka koi jayga nehi raha. Par beta ji hamara dunya to abhi bhi aap pe basi hui hai. Nehi dekh sakte haam aapko takleef mein. Aur hamari Rajni bahu. Akhir hua kya hai. Kaha jaa sakti ho woh? Aur kiyu? Aab isska jawab sirf aur sirf aap hi hame de sakte hai. Par haam bhi aapse wada karte hai. Chahe kuch bhi ho jaye haam aapki Rajni ko aapke aur hamari jindegi mein wapas lakar rahenge. Soja mere puttar. Soja.
