IKRS Friday 24th June 2016 ep 287 My Take ~ chasing paper tigers!
Life is about dreaming , planning ,pursuing and fulling. In short it's about being on the go ! On the trot! We are forever in hot pursuit of something or the other . Could be be worldly based or could be a spiritual quest .In our ways of life we follow the patterns of day and night, keep track of amenities required to sustain life. But our greatest search is for love both to give and receive .The episode is all about game that involves a bold chase how to rescue Atharva. Characters are all on their private tracks. Kamini ever since she got married hound for Viplav's love. Viplav is out still looking for answers from Dhani. Parsiya rushes out ensuring he provides Dhani's family with emotional and moral support .tripurari always goes after making money doing dirty dangerous deeds. In all this our hero Viplav and his lady Dhani are dormant to the fact that they are up against paper tigers. Who in appearance seem powerful and evil. But slyly evil ones, conspire and hatch plans against these two .Both truprari and kamini seem invincible in thier iniquities but in reality they are weak like tiger cut outs before the ultimate power of virtue.
When for or against, good and evil are seen to seemingly join hands to seek and retrieve Atharva. Parsiya knows the area like the back off his palm. His decision to now work with Viplav and Kamini to seek their son is a positive move. Well it promotes also what Dhani had said about him . The man always helps others. He reveals the kidnapper wears a maroon kurta, Kamini queries how can he be sure? but Parsiya confirms his surveillance report .viplav receives the kidnappers calls . Ransom Deal and venue is set. Warns him to keep the police out of the matter , or else he will harm the child. Kamini looks surprised although she must have agreed on the amount with Tripurari. To further the story plot Viplav is shown not to recognize Tripurari's voice over the phone. Viplav decides to inform the police . Kamini rejects the notion, to save Tripurari insists Parsiya's information about the kidnapper or his call should not be shared with the police, her sons life is at risk. Dhani disagrees the matter is already in the hands of the police, consoles no harm will come to Atharva . Matters move fast as the police ring Viplav and brief him, kidnappers call has been traced from the same pco and ghetto where he called from originally and that the police has closed in on him. A positive outcome as Viplav says sorry to Parsiya for suspecting him for the kidnapping, as he stands here before him while the real kidnapper called him. Parsiya's image stands redeemed !truth wins again! while Kamini ends up a loser as she tried to pin Parsiya down. Parsiya accepts Viplav's apology and assures him no hard feelings from his side. Viplav leaves for the police surveillance area to further the search. Kamini sheepishly has to save face too. Hence delivers a hypocritical sorry from her to Dhani and Parsiya for helping them Dhani understands, suggests she goes to Viplav. Parsiya too cannot see through this evil woman's guile. To me the scene has the typical elements of a kidnapping scenario , where the kidnapper ,victims family , police and the mole insider brings in the flavour of conspiracy and betrayal in this misadventure .
While Viplav looks into further developments with the police. His so called deceptive wife Kamini briefs tripurai about recent developments his call traced by the police . She gives a mouthful for his greed of money as it might land them both in deep waters. Orders him to change clothes and move Atharva and himself from this area asap!its clear yet again who is the big buffon and who is the big boss! Tripurari protests the area is cordoned impossible to escape she rants at him over the phone do it!. Dhani walks into Kamini's rant over the phone and is stunned into silence . Has she worked out what has been said? and to whom?but evil is stubborn and stays on. The truth needs perseverance , a clear head and divine wisdom to kick evil off the planet. Thus when Kamini turns to find Dhani ,she is amused to conclude that Dhani's goodness once again exposes her stupidity ! the picture of piety comes to offer support! Dhani consoles this witch , reminds her that she too is a mother and recognizes her fear regards Atharva. Kamini acts up her deceit before Dhani! Gives Dhani a distressed mother s betrayal hug! Inside the witch spurns the flower queens support and muses her son will be safe for sure! She doesn't need the likes of beggars like Dhani to console. The witch silently vows as she hugs Dhani.. Watch what Kamini has in store for her! Basically the scene reminds me that it's best not to cast pearls before swine! That evil reigns with guile, deception and often blind faith of the virtuous can add to the multiplication of more evil too! Will the witch really sort out Dhani yet again ? Surely our quest is for virtue to win and vice to lose. But the truth is in the world order the contrasting shades of both good and evil both exist side by side. A constant battle rages. Evil remains, so good can be magnified and good survives to evil can be defeated. As individuals we control how we balance these two elements in our life. More so to correct our lives if ever the balance is tipped in the scales!
The search continues police carries out active identification of the lad by showing his picture to locals of the ghetto. Through questioning the locals they locate a discreet escape route out of the ghetto! Parsiya informs viplv the police is investigating the discreet area of the ghetto. he suggests Viplav and him go check the latest developments. Kamini bucks herself for her smartness of alerting triipurari to flee!
The two who are meant to meet, destined for each other , neither man , nor woman! nor the principalities of evil ,neither heaven or heaven, nor misunderstandings , nor deception can separate them from meeting ,from supporting each other. For the colour of Ishq is ,that it makes a reason to be together!
Out in the uninhabited area the two find each other! to aid each other in quest for finding atharva. Viplav! she yells ,run towards him against the back drop of tall trees..the outdoor setting is the place the gods chose for them to under the cover of kidnapping scenario a chance afforded again to iron out their differences... revive what was.. so kind are the gods!they show compassion to the good souls! Dhani tells viplav she saw a man matching the description as Parsiya said. going in that direction. Viplav heeds , he wants her to stay where she is! its dangerous there ! so he'll check up on his own! but all ramparts tumble down as Dhani cries she is coming with him! while they argue the disgused Tripurari speeds by past them on his bike! Dhani alerts Viplav confirms its the same guy she saw earlier! Viplav hails an auto tells Dhani to stay while he goes! He gets into the auto.. but all universe now rings the tune, the colour of their love is white , pure! and stubbornly Dhani inists she coming with him!no way is she letting him go on his own! and jumps into the auto with her Viplav! how hard the evil duo the warlock and the witch stopped the demon king and flower queen from meeting .. but it now seems they ride together on the journey of life whatever it brings! Parsiya too arrives but Viplav and Dhani are driven off! he returns to the ghetto to do his bit to further enquiries ! Kamini spots him wants to know why he hasn't gone after the man ..but Parsiya tells her he was about too but the lawyer went chasing instead! he reckons someone must have told the lawyer something. Kamii begins her nervous stutter vvviplav?and what about Dhani? Parsiya casually throws in ohh yes she to went with him in the auto!kamini receives a unseen, silent slap in her face.. loser again! she gnaws her teeth, the more she tries to separate Viplav and Dhani! the more! like always these two get closer to each other! it's like the bee stick on to the honey!these two are ..kamini does not undertand viplav and Dhani are two systems that follow each other,night after day, they are a recurring cycle , inseparable, meant to happen! She blames Tripurari s stupidity , is anxious he must not get caught by Viplav and Dhani!
Thus begins the chase goodies after one of the paper tigers. Trips veers of the road onto the beaten track.viplav and Dhani the hot on his heels! The auto too veers off the road. Tripurai suddenly parks his bike under cover of thick foliage !hopes to hoodwink his chasers! Who get to the clearing only to find the bikes vanished! both Viplav and Dhani wonder where its gone? Once safe he phones Kamini ,tells her he's safe, she gives him a mouthful ,commands him to get hold of athrva move him and then he needs to disappear from there! before Viplav and Dhani get hold of him and ruin her plan! But he chuckles , not to worry the one to beat Tripurari has not been born yet, he's just hoodwinked them!but Kamini knows he is the weakest linkl she has ever had in her dangerous games!he says he'll call when he's moved Atharva..then he'll head back for Banaras too ,as he's fed up playing chasing games of cops and robbers!kamini reminds him if he gets caught by Dhani and Viplav ,he'll end in jail !and this time she wil not be able to get him released. #Viplav , Dhani meanwhile scour the area till they spot the hidden parked bike !tripurai heads back to his destination. Viplav and Dhani head for the bike . Viplav feels it, its hot...looks like its just been parked. Truprai grinds in te hide out ,how come they have arrived already. Dhani spots the derelict building. Like two detectives the two soul mates decide to investigate! tripurari watches from a vantage point and has hd enough cocks his gun to finish these imperishable love birds once and for all! what luck after years they have reunited again!he will end their love story tripiri snarls as Viplav and Dhani enter the unoccupied garage!..macabre play of light and dark, pillars of crates stacked atop each other. Viplav and Dhani both weave their way through separately.. till they come to a point where the pillars end and Dhani s shoulder bumps against his!! she reels around its him ,not some demon!!he is about to grab her , with his palm, but he freezes it..and looks down into her raised up eyes.. a strange silence runs through them. Then Dhani says it, Sorry! This can mean sorry for being horrid to you lately .but the time it's not right , besides she said she's married and he moves away to investigate . Tripurari too gun in held up lurks in the shadows. Dhani whispers to Viplav where could Atharva be ? he signals her to hush. And together they check the murky setting. Tripurari aims his gun. Viplav and Dhani move deeper into the eerie dimly lit setting. Tripari moves , cocks his gun and put his finger on the trigger...aims.and then accidently kicks a tin that crashes! and he misses! But Dhani and Viplav end up standing next to each other shoulder to shoulder.. their heads turn and Viplav gives her a sided grouch look.. a love grimace gaze.erhhh he realizes his arm slide diagonally against her body , his palm about to rest against her belly! But her palm keeps his palm at bay! Embarrassed at his reflex action! to save her ! he pulls back his arm as if his palm is singed! Dhani hurts visually at the distance between them and this time he admits his fault and says, sorry!! And attends to the task at hand indicates to Dhani by a tap ,the noise came from behind these boxes. Triprri on the other side stands pressed back ,gun cocked and held up! suddenly he aims and peers . Dhani and Viplav saunter off still looking...till yes he can see them emerge from behind the boxes ,he aims at Viplav's chest puts his finger on the trigger.. but dhani suddenly trips before Viplav!her arm raised like a shield of protection! Dhani moans and goes down on her legs! Viplav comes to her!,a crouches beside her, one look at her foot! he can see its injured ,she watches him in panic as he pull out his hankie , secures it around her foot. Her heart melts and she says thank you.!he nods like a gentleman and then wiggles his fingers in sign language asks her can she walk. Dhani nods yes.. his hand wants to hold her hand to haul her up but he holds back such is his love and respect for this woman ,who once was his woman, his wife ,but now ..a supportive mate..dhani suddenly betrays the silence by a loud hiccup! Vilplav ,growls down coldly at her he knows she is not married to Parsiya ! Dhani stares back into his narrowed eyes.Her hiccups do stop! Tripurari aims his gun at both of them! viplav continues talking, shock puts an end to hiccups but still she has to give him answers to many of his questions! Thus even a dangerous situation becomes a little chit chat over a cup of coffee in a cafe.. speaking their minds and hearts to each other. Dhani stares at him, Tripurari fires the shot !dhani ducks down! Viplav looks in horror at the direction, the noise comes in from now!he asks a shot was fired? stay he'll check! Dhani sees someone running away and she alerts viplav some is over there she's worried he might harm Atharva ! Viplav runs and weaves in and out of the boxes.. the place is empty .viplav returns, calls Dhani Dhani ! outside Tripurari escapes informs his boss wicked witch, Viplav and Dhani got to the warehouse , they were being over clever! he fired a shot who got it?he's not sure .Kamini wants the address of the godown!
Viplav panics he can't find Dhani!finally he does! she sits her back leaned against some sacks of grains! He comes to her, caringly! tells her off what the hells is she doing here! he was looking for her..tells her lets go out of this unsafe place. Athrava's crying is heard! Viplav runs as Dhani painfully struggles to stand. Viplav moves boxes finds his son! kisses his sion, carries him back to where Dhani is and puts his arm around her! pretty as a picture! the three of them Viplav in the middle of two people he loves! Dhani and Atharva ! but the snap shot still remains as the wicked witch turns up and confronts this sight that the gods prepare for her! don't mess with us you'll get your hell and heaven right here!
Lets go home! Viplav says to his son..Dhani watches him leave then her knees give way and she falls down into a heap, her head flops back! viplav puts his son down ! runs to her side , dhani whats happened? he cries in panic then in horror! he spots the blood on her shoulder pulls her closer as Kamini looks on! Dhani rests against his folded arm as he looks in shock, where his Dhani has been shot! No two ways about it , tells Kamini to take Atharva home! while he gathers and lifts Dhani in his arms! tells Kamini he's taking Dhani to the hospital! The wicked witch stands in the murky garage , her dirty game back fires in her face again !she has to see that she yet again gave them another golden opportunity to get a little closer! For the colour of Ishq is to win against odds my beloved... Ishq turns all evil around to suit itself ,such is the colour of Ishq my beloved..
Well there has to be intrigue in a love story too ,however long winded it may seem. But to me good things happen in this fast paced episode. Kidnapping is resolved. Viplav and Dhani seem to interact yet again. Kamini and trips end up losers .. and Kamini unfortunately is still around as sure as evil still stalks this earth.. Dhani ends up being his shield of protection. hamlet53 25.6. 16 have a good weekend.
