From what happened between Ranveer and Dev regarding the job, Neha's and Ranveer's relation ship will turn sour.Dev should not have hurt his self respect and also there is a point in Neha's talk, she does not want to go back to same life were her childhood was lost.So both of them should meet half way in order for the relation to work.Something Neha and Ranveer should consider.

I think Neha has to grow a lot as a person still. It was inevitably going to happen because Neha has to develop into a person herself who can forget before she starts a relationship with someone. She'll just carry that weight throughout the rest of her life with Ranveer which probably wouldn't have ended well. She has to not necessarily forget or forgive- but just move on from her tragic past to create a good new future.
