yaa he missed da meetings. but he said he will do the work himself overnight. so he is responsible boss,nd dev is always like work and famiy. he had no time for himself.till he balances both nothng to complain about

Exactly.

I agree that balance is necessary in life , so he will have to strike a balance between love and work, which I'm sure he will, later on. BUT, we need to keep in mind, that he's just fallen in love, for the first time, as well, it's only fair that he takes a few days to celebrate his new love. Besides, he's worked all his life, he deserves a break.

Unfortunately, the show is focusing on it with a negative light which means that his few days of distraction may cost him in his business, which is just a bad case of luck and timing. But, well, it's probably important to the storyline

Ab ek din chutti le leta hai to kaun sa paap kar liya hain..

He's actually leading an abnormal life till now, all work n no play, living the life of a Jack the dull guy.

Balance what balance ?? For Dev there was no balance between personal n professional life , it was just professional life with complete destruction of personal life n the needs of Dev the human being under the bull dozer of Dev the business tycoon. Which is very very unhealthy.
