Her role as the 'dumb' Hansa in Khichdi and Instant Khichdi, earned Supriya Pathak rave reviews. Now she is all set to do Remote Control with the same production house, Hats Off, owned by J.D. Majethia and Aatish Kapadia. But isn't she tired of doing comic acts? Supriya says, "I am not keen on doing family dramas or saas bahu serials as everyone is always plotting or crying in these shows. I feel we all lead stressful lives anyways so why do we need to watch such shows. Comedies are stress busters, which is why I opted for this show." She is happy doing Remote Control, for the new channel 9X, co starring Deven Bhojani where they play a middle aged husband wife, and the story is about how TV brings in changes in their lives.
