Chapter 6
Rey smiled, staring at her retreating back.
"Ow!" She groaned when she started to wake and felt an unendurable pain her head. Her eye lids felt heavy while her aching body was demanding more rest.
She opened her eyes and immediately closed them due to the sudden brightness. She blinked her eyes a few times and looked around, her eyes widen realizing she was on the college terrace.
"What the F-" She cursed when she looked down and found herself laying on top of some one, and much to her astonishment, that someone, was college's bad boy, Rey singhania.
"Monster! Get off me, you monster." She wriggled in his arms, trying to get release from his arms, but instead, he groaned slightly and tighten his hold around her.
"What am i doing with him?" She wondered aloud, then brushing her thoughts aside. She shook him, being so close to a guy for the first time, surely did made her nervous.
"Get off me, monster! How dare you sleep with me?" She growled in anger, shaking him violently which broke his peaceful sleep.
"If i remember correctly, it was you who begged me to be your pillow since princess couldn't sleep on hard floor-" Rey commented, as he opened his eyes and look at her before he narrowed his eyes at her shocked expressions.
"You are lying. I didn't said this-" Taani defended herself while trying to remember events of last night, all she got was faint images of herself, behaving weirdly after having that drink then how he took her away from the party. She couldn't imagine a thing after that.
"Who spiked my fruit punch last night?" She questioned, looking at him with accusing eyes.
"It wasn't me, so you can put your weapons down." Rey chuckled, as he answered. Taani look at him suspiciously, but seeing the honesty in his eyes, she gave a small nod.
"Then it must be one of your minion. Now let go off me." Taani commanded him, glancing at his arms wrapped around her waist.
"Why? I am certainly enjoying having you on top of me-" Rey smirked.
"Listen, I am not up for your dirty talks. I have to rush home before my mother file a missing complaint in police station." Taani said to him in hurry. Rey was reluctant, but removed his arms.
"Thanks for saving me last night." She mumbled, as she got off him and stand on her feet.
"Don't expect me to be kind to you in college." Rey said to her arrogantly.
"I wouldn't even dare." She narrowed her eyes, she turned on her heels and left from there in hurry.
Rey smiled, staring at her retreating back.
"This girl is going to be my death one day." He thought to himself and left for his home.

"So, Would you like to explain, where were you whole night?" Anita asked her daughter in stern tone.
"I was at alina's place. I am sorry, mom, I forgot to inform you." She pouted cutely, hoping her mother would melt.
"Taani beta, you no idea how worried i was whole night. Please don't do this again-" Her mother said to her, making her feel guilty for being the reason of her sadness.
"I am sorry, mom, i won't ever do something like this again." She promised, taani walked over her mother and hugged her tightly. Anita smiled and hugged her daughter back.
