Sona "You love me? As a friend right?"
Something felt heavy in my heart hearing this!! The girl has been friendzoned so much that she couldn't believe in those three magical words... After all, her Mr. Dixit has been so special case for her leaving her confused on what to interpret of his actions or words.. 🤔
He calls her in the middle of the night to seek permission for sleeping pills or to ask about a relationship advice.. He comes running to her knowing that she's sick and there he asks about the feelings of love... Then he goes on planning his engagement with a woman like a man ready for his marriage.. And now here he comes again in the middle of the night sharing his life and wanting to share more.. What to say about the girl who has been put through so much in the past few days... And a "I love you" isn't sure enough to know what her 'dear' friend is actually saying here...😊
Not sure whether the writers really thought through this in and out before making Dev say "I love you as in a man loves a woman" but I couldn't help thinking through all that could be running in the minds of Sona and Dev!!!😉
Sonakshi!! Her body going weak in those moments of knowing that it's not 'just friends' anymore.. She didn't have the strength to stand on her own.. And she needed the touch to feel it's all real and it's more than what her mind is making her think!! I was surprised to see her legs moving at all.. Thank god its only to crush into his arms and to know that he's there to hold her tight to not let her fall down!!!
Dev!! He sure stole the scene in his own charming and graceful and majestic way of going through this entire flow of emotions... The way he wanted to take the focus away from his so-called engagement mistake and putting the focus on to their moment of remembrance (the heartfelt laughter that he had with her) and want to assure her that he had been feeling like this about her for a while now and how important she and her things (yellow suit and earrings) become for him. 👏
When she said about loving as friends, I felt a bit of impatient or restlessness in Dev that he had to say or do something to make her understand what he feels and says.. I would love to think that he was momentarily irked by his own lack of being aware of his feelings and how he had left her helpless in that state for long.. Hope he's shown to understand what she's been put through these days without she saying it all..
And another thing that made him special is that he didn't pull her to crush his lips on hers to show what he meant.. I wouldn't mind though☺️.. Anyway that would be too much for Sona to take it and I believe that Dev would really want to know what Sona feels about him before doing anything like that.. And not throwing his manness on her.. I liked how he took few steps back giving her the space to reel through what he just said.. Little did he know that she's on the verge to collapse then and there..😳
"Mr. Dixit, will you hug me please!" That's when he released his breath and I released mine.. He opening his arms wide meant to say like "I am all yours" ❤️ and that's all she needed there.. Sona, cry your heart out now girl.. I wouldn't mind seeing you in this moment of tears in happiness...🤗
