PART 11
"No... I have never shared anything with anyone" his lips pronounced but his heart added, "Except HER"
He closed his eyes and the images of him and her came in front. How they used to share each and everything they have, be it a pencil or a storybook or food or a toy, no matter what that thing is. How one used to feed the other when he/she is angry. The only person to whom he always shared all his thoughts and feelings LONG BACK. He was smiling with his eyes closed and Ishika shook him hard to bring him back to reality.
"Uhhh... I'm sorry. What were you saying??" he asked and his voice showed how uninterested he was.
"Nothing. I was telling that you forgot to pay our canteen bill. Pay the bill before leaving baby. Bye!!!" she informed him and left the room. Randhir was amused for a moment. She came all the way to ask him to pay the canteen bill which would be hardly 150 bucks?? Woww... How sweet!!
Parth came inside once Ishika left.
"What did you say to Sanyu?? After doing your dressing, she went out somewhere and she hasn't come yet. You guyz fought again??" he asked suspiciously as he took the painkillers and gave it to Randhir forcefully.
"Nothing Parth" he said after a moment of silence, looking at the blank wall.
"Are you sure??" Parth asked again and Randhir nodded in a yes.

Saturday
"Wohoo... You guyz are going somewhere?? I think we don't have college today." Sanyukta asked as she saw the trio running here and there.
"Ooh shit!!! Sanyu... I forgot to tell you yaar! We all are going out. You must come. Shopping, movie, restaurant and full of fun. Just like last time when we went out to celebrate Parth's birthday. Now come on! Get ready. Its getting late" Vidushi completed in a breathe and smiled stupidly.
"Its ok Vidu... You guyz carry on. I'm not coming" Sanyukta said and started moving back to her room.
"Whaaattt?? But why???" Vidushi asked shocked but Sanyukta was already gone.
Randhir who was searching the car key on the sofa threw the cushion and muttered "Such a Drama queen! She wants everyone to plead to her. Thank god...she's not coming. I can stay calm atleast for a day"
He started searching for the key again. When he finally got it, he went back to his room to get his wallet. He was about to enter his room but stopped on hearing her giggle-filled conversation on the phone.
She was constantly laughing and it didn't take him much time to understand that the person on the other side of the call was Rehaan. His blood started boiling again. He still wonders how the mere mention of his name gets on his nerves. The giggles got louder every minute and Randhir couldn't control anymore. He pushed open the door of her room, making a thud.
"You want something??" Sanyukta asked politely after requesting Rehaan to hold for a moment.
Randhir didn't know what to say. Should he say that he didn't like them talking?? Or should he say that he was jealous?? What would she think if he says so?? Or should he just manage by telling something else?? He blinked like a kid.
"Randhir... Kuch chahiye tumhe???" she enquired again and he came out of his revere.
"Haan. I came to tell you we are getting late. Get ready fast and come down" he managed to frame it like a valid reason for his entry.
"No no. Its okay! I'm not coming Randhir. I already informed Vidushi about it" and she kept the phone back on her ear.
"But why???" Randhir shouted before she could start talking to Rehaan.
"Stop shouting Randhir.(she closed her ears) I'm not in mood to go to movies or shopping today. Okay now??" she said calmly.
"Now... If you don't mind, can you please let me talk?? Kindly close the door once you leave the room" she said and started talking to Rehaan.
Now this is heights. She is ignoring him for her so-called best friend. Like really??? He was standing there like a fool but she was busy with her own world. He marched towards her and grabbed the phone. Before she could grab it back, he had already cut the call.
"What's wrong with you Randhir?? Why did you cut the call??" she shouted in annoyance and tried to get her phone which he was holding above his head.
"First give me a valid reason for not coming. Then I'll give you" he demanded.
"Are you deaf?? I told you right?? I'm not interested to go for shopping. I don't wanna go" she said, clearly irritated by his behaviour.
He immediately threw the phone on the bed and pinned her to the wall in anger.
"Arey... My phoneee!!" she shouted and tried to escape from his hold but he was so strong that she couldn't move even an inch. He looked at her eyes fiercely and she slowly stopped struggling, fearing the worst. He smirked looking at her face.
"I know why you are not coming Sanyukta. You are planning to bring that bast*rd to this house when we all are out??? So that you guyz can enjoy some privacy??? Wow!! Nice plan Sanyukta" he spat whatever came to his mind and smirked again while Sanyukta rolled her eyes.
"How disgusting Randhir!!! You know what?? I don't care what your stupid mind thinks. I'm done with your false accusations. I'm not in mood to fight with you right now. You are already late and everyone must be waiting for you. Just leeeave" she twisted her wrists left and right to get off his iron grip.
Randhir's hold on her hands slightly loosened on hearing that she doesn't like fighting with him. But why??? She always loved quarreling with him right??
Suddenly the phone started ringing again. Sanyukta used that opportunity to come out of his hold and ran towards her phone. It was Rehaan's call after all. Randhir who came back to terms after a moment saw her going towards the bed.
In no time, he caught hold of her stomach from behind and twisted her in order to stop her from reaching the phone. Randhir was holding her from behind. She started hitting his stomach with her elbow asking him to leave her. They were fighting like cat and dog. Due to their impulsive fight, Randhir fell backwards on the bed with Sanyukta still in his arms.
"Aahhh... Farzi!!! You broke my ribs!!" Randhir shouted just to tease her.
"Shut up Randhir... Leave me first" she shouted back and came out of his grip. Randhir immediately grabbed her and it went on again. They were pulling, pushing and rolling on the bed. 10 minutes passed but their lock and key did not come to an end. They were pulling each other's hair and Sanyukta was about to bite him on his shoulders.
The phone rang again and this time Sanyukta was fast enough to grab the phone. She was about to answer the call when suddenly he pushed her on the bed and jumped over her in order to prevent her from talking. The phone fell beside them and there they were.
They were lying with he, on top of her.
The room experienced utter silence after what seemed like a war. He was lying completely on her. He locked her arms with his. Their legs were entangled and that moment, he felt nostalgic. He looked deep into her eyes. It felt so strange to have her very close to him after a long time. May be it's been 6 years. They were short of words and action. All they could hear was their erratic heartbeats.
