~Shakti - AKEK~ 10th June Written Update

The episode starts with Dadi telling Nimmi & Nani not to cross the line she drew. She tells that she, Mahindar & Saumya will live at their side of line & Nimmi, Nani & Surbhi must live at theirs. Neither party should cross the line & enter the other party's space. Among all these 2 people come to their house & ask for Mahindar. Mahindar comes out with Saumya & ask them what's the matter. They say they have arranged some sports contest for the kids of the village as part of some youth growth campaign & they have come to tell Mahindar that every kid of the village must participate in the contest. Mahindar smiles & says of course Saumya is going to take part in this contest & he's sure she'll make him proud by coming first. Surbhi is hurt that Mahindar didn't mention her & Mahindar smirks at an astonished Nimmi. Those people notice the line drawn on the floor & asks Mahindar why this line is there? Dadi said that kids have drawn it while playing. Those people leaves & Mahindar goes back inside taking Saumya with him. Nimmi tries to go behind him, but Dadi stops her reminding her about the line & division of house. When Nimmi still doesn't listen to her, Dadi pushes her aside & storms off. Nani tries to console a heartbroken Nimmi & asks her not to worry. Everything will be fine soon.

Inside Nani is still consoling Nimmi, Surbhi asks what does a division line (batwara lakeer) mean? Nani says that is a line which will stop her from being with her father & will stop Saumya to be with her mother. Surbhi asks so she can't meet her Papa & didi anymore? Nani says, no, till the line is there she can't. Surbhi looks sad.

Same thing happens on the other side. Saumya is lying with her head on Mahindar's lap & asks about the same line. She asks why she can't meet her mother & sister anymore. Mahindar looks annoyed & doesn't reply. Dadi says that's because Saumya chose to live with her father while Surbhi asked for mother. So both of them are getting what they wanted. And anyway, Saumya had lived with her mother only till now, so now she should embrace the change & be her father's princess from now! Saumya doesn't look happy.

Both Surbhi & Saumya are playing with toys in their respective rooms & missing each other. Nimmi comes to the hall & sees Saumya playing alone on the other side of the house. Mahindar enters the room & notices Nimmi is watching Saumya from far. He comes to Saumya & picks her up starts playing with her. He throws her up in the air & catches her when she's about to fall. He keeps repeating that & slyly watches Nimmi getting scared. After a satisfactory amount of time he puts Saumya down to sleep & tucks her in. Nani finds Nimmi watching Saumya & Mahindar & asks her to come inside. Nimmi doesn't agree. She says she'll watch over Saumya from there otherwise Mahindar will harm her. Nani says not to worry. Mahindar won't harm her till Nimmi & nani are there. She asks Nimmi to come inside again, but Nimmi doesn't listen & says she'll slay Mahindar if he dares to harm her kid. Nani tells her that division lines don't end off a relation. She's still Mahindar's wife & she shouldn't get this hyper. (I found it super odd & mismatching to Nani's character 😕) Nimmi tells Nani to go back & watch over Surbhi while she'll sit in the hall & watch over Saumya. Mahindar comes to the door & shuts it, preventing Nimmi from seeing Saumya. But she still keeps sitting there.

Surbhi wakes up at night & finds she's sleeping only with Dadi. Nimmi isn't there beside her. She goes outside & finds Nimmi asleep while sitting in the hall. She sees the line & remembers what Nani had said to her about division lines. She tiptoes to the other side of the house & silently enters Saumya's room. She sees Saumya is sleeping with Mahindar & walking slowly & silently wakes Saumya up. Surbhi signals Saumya not to speak & both of them come outside. Saumya says she's not allowed to cross the line & go to the other side. She's so sad that she can't meet Nimmi, Nani & Surbhi anymore. Surbhi says Nani also told the same thing. But she also said if this line wasn't there, they could go to the other side & everything would have been normal like before. Saumya says then they should erase this line. Both of them sit down & start wiping the line clean. Nimmi wakes up & sees what the kids are doing & she hugs them both. All three of them are crying & saying they don't want this division. Dadi comes out & sees Nimmi hugging both the kids. She shouts & asks Nimmi to stop this drama & start dragging Saumya towards her. Nimmi cries & begs Dadi not to do this. She pleads Dadi to at least understand the kids' emotions. The adults can fight & draw division lines...but what about the kids? They don't want this division & that's why they were erasing this line. Dadi notices the erased off line & brings charcoal to draw it afresh. Nimmi cries & begs not to do this, but Dadi shakes Nimmi off & storms off dragging a crying Saumya with her.

Next day Nimmi tries to sneak in glimpses of Saumya, but she can't find her anywhere. Then she notices Mahindar isn't in house either. She gets scared & runs to Nani to inform her about Saumya's absence. She says she's very scared that Mahindar will harm Saumya. Surbhi asks why does she keep saying father will harm Saumya, father won't do anything like that. He'll love Saumya & keep her happy. Nimmi, still scared, runs outside & keeps shouting Saumya's name. After a while she sees Mahindar bringing Saumya from somewhere out on his bicycle & he has bought Saumya balloons. Mahindar stops & smirks seeing Nimmi so scared. Saumya gets down when Surbhi comes out & seeing balloons in Saumya's hand, she says she also wants balloons. Saumya happily goes to give her some, but Mahindar screams at Saumya angrily asking to stop.
