Finally an actor with acting I enjoy

Unfortunately he is in the wrong industry. Bollywood.

They will not appreciate him.

He deserves all the awards.

For me he beats all the new comers in acting aswell.

This guy will not be appreciated by Bollywood big wigs and get the exposure he deserves. So the hyping won't damage him. Bet most here do not even know who he is. Hidden gem

Bollywood is more concerned with making money and keeping it within film families then promoting genuine talent.

Scripts are terrible aswell

Best hope for Jim is an independent film that will be appreciated at Cannes or the Oscars.

However the Oscars suck. So I do not know.

He should do more movies.

He is not a lead actor material, he should concentrate on playing kick ass supporting roles and he will get his due from fans and Bollywood alike.
His best hope is getting in the good books of Sonam Kapoor. Get sizeable roles in her chick flicks.

I disagree. He is lead material.

You are trying to picture him in a run of the mill Bollywood film alongside stars who are already known and have their fan bases.

Of course he will be sidelined.

He has the acting chops to act and hold peoples attention. He was such an important person in Neerja. 80% of the suspense was attributed to him and his acting

He's good actor and indeed a very good addition but saying hes the besttest from.all there are many great outsiders like karthik or harshvardhan or siddhart[rdb] fame who are underrated
