Don't know, but I think it's before dream because she wouldn't be sad if it was after Devs dream, she would be happy because by then he aldready broke his engagement with Nuts.

But I would love to be wrong, that he first dreams about her and then goes to meet her and tries to see if she gets jealous of Nuts 😳

It is before he calls off the engagement because in one of the OLVs sona says that he comes to meet her one day before the engagement as she took leave as she wasnt well or something and she was wearing the same dress... so its before engagement and dream
