Kannauj

There was one thing that I always wondered:

Where exactly is Kannauj located? From what I know, no such city currently exists.....

Thus, it is now known by another name.........If anyone knows what city corresponds to Kannauj, then please let me know.....

Kannauj is located at present UttarPradesh.The city's name is traditionally derived from the term Kanyakubja. Kannauj is an ancient city, in earlier times the capital of a great Hindu kingdom.

yeah..and how far is it from delhi and ajmer?...

kannauj to delhi took 4 dayz traveling by car 😳
