Judgment day has arrived! Finally the country will get witness its first Fame Jodi

The moments of tension and anticipation have reached a crescendo, as we near the climax of Fame Gurukul. After sixteen weeks of trials and tribulations, the show has finally reached a point where the fight has begun for the ultimate title of 'Fame Jodi'. The nation has been following the lives of these contestants and the time has arrived when viewers have to make a choice to decide India's first ever FAME JODI!

The three possible combinations of Fame Jodi that figure are Ruprekha & Qazi, the second option is Ruprekha & Rex and the most rocking Jodi combination is that of Qazi & Rex. The last few weeks have not only seen a huge number of sms's and phone calls being made to vote for the contestants but reports suggest that there have been huge amounts of money bet on the winning Jodi. The betting ring is as far spread as Dubai with people even watching beams of the programme from MTV India since it is aired an hour before the programme is aired on Sony Entertainment Television's Dubai beam, just to get information in advance.

So far, we have seen Qazi emerge as the nations favourite. Hence, the odds on favourite to be part of the Fame Jodi would be Qazi, till last week Rex was seen as the next in line when it came to the audiences favour, but last week Ruprekha was the chosen one by the nation. With the voting this week going to be for the 'Fame Jodi', it seems the Jodi's with Qazi in them have a better chance than that of Rex and Ruprekha. But this goes beyond individual performances, this is the first time the nation votes for these contestants as a Jodi and this adds a new twist to the whole tale.

Rex with his charm and Ruprekha with her grace would be a treat to watch, Qazi with his flamboyance and Rex with his subtle masti could end up being the Jai & Veeru of the singing world or Ruprekha's innocence with Qazi's rockstar image could be the next big thing in India.
