Why are the two even being compared?! Ruhi has gone through hell in the last seven years. I'm sure if not for her misunderstanding and feelings of betrayal, she would be rushing to her parents the moment she got a chance. As much as I feel bad for Ishita, she really did have a chance to come back if she wanted to unlike Ruhi who was forced into becoming Ruhaan and go through the abuse that she has been put through! So there should be no reason for Raman to hate her.
