Ppl who are active on social media are youngsters...they watch the show online...they don't remain as loyal viewers as well...because they have so many entertainments...but housewives or women who watch tv serials have only this as their entertainment ...the time slots nd channels also play an important role...if they start connecting to a show and if the time slots are ok for them...they will continue to be loyal fans...

And the most important thing is,

Social Media is for people who can't watch on TV. For example me... I can't watch it on TV as I don't have indian channels. So watching it online. But I don't think only 1 person watching online affects the TRPs.. but if people living in india watching the sjows online then I don't get it why... :/
