So, back to today's episode!!
It was funny how badly ACP got hit, the car screeched to a halt and it almost sounded like ACP was gonna lose a leg or two😆 but not a scratch appeared on his person anywhere...he is another Iron Human Being now😆😆
instead, he kept shouting pakdo pakdo, use pakdo...and of course, none of the idiot bystanders lurking around the scene could pakdofy Nidhi...so off she fled to confide in her new found lover, that adulterer-cum-rapist-cum-swine-cum-MP, Ashok
It seems Nidhi is scared of being recognized by somebody or the other in Delhi, but it was strange she did not take ACP's name even once. I thought she knew who ACP was, and she stared at him a good deal as well, toh pehchaana kaise nai??🤢🤢
Anyway, since Ashok is more interested in having sex with Nidhi rather than listening to her sob stories, he whisked her away to his house, for doing 'something special'😉
I was wondering- now that she is getting action from this rich, handsome guy, it's high time she forgave Raman for not being seduced by her 7 saal pehle😆😆😆
Today, just outta the blue I was thinking - she was this smart, bitchy, independent filthy rich lawyer who was doing well for herself and she suddenly 'died' and went up in smoke and not one from the legal frat she belongs to is curious about her disappearance? Khair...it was just an afterthought
so anyway, today's BEST scenes were the ones between Bala and Raman, and Ruhi and Ishita
Bala and Raman:
Oh, I love love love Bala!! He spoke up for Ishu at a time when NONE of the Iyers are speaking up, and are rather content to stand by the sidelines and watch the fiasco take shape. He tried to talk to Raman and make him understand ... I know this was the CVs attempt to show us Raman's POV...but consider the words he spoke, "woh 7 saal pehle hum sab ko chhod ke chali gayi...kabhi phone kiya, kabhi bataya ki woh zinda hai ki marr gayi?"
Now, I understand the second part of his outrage, he should be angry that Iishu preferred to remain mum all these years
but I VEHEMENTLY disagree with the first part...she did not leave BY CHOICE...she was MADE to leave him because of how he blamed her that night...it wasn't like she found Mani to be a more fitting partner and she ran off with him into the sunset🥱🥱🥱
Raman is forgetting this essential fact that his words that night literally broke his wife apart...he is, in short, forgetting the very reason he had been repenting for all these years - that had he not hurt his wife so cruelly that night, she may still have been in his life
I understand he feels betrayed/jilted once again in his life...by a woman, that too...he feels he always got the shorter end of the stick in love, because both his wives left him at various points in life for diff reasons...
But then I was v v angry when he tried to put Shagun and Ishita on the same weighing scale😡😡 when he said, "Toh Ishita aur Shagun mein farak kya hai?"
I'm like, HELLO, You dont KNOW the difference??
I am so so proud of Bala, for being blunt with him and showing him the mirror...he said, "Shagun tumhen chhod ke gayi thi kyunki use laga ki tum uske layak nahin ho, Ishita chali gayi kyunki use laga ki woh tumhare liye sahi nai hai"
hats off Bala, for saying it like it is👏👏
He even mentioned how Ishita may have felt after listening to all of Raman's taunts, facing the blame...and how she must have felt it is better if she leaves his life, prolly then all his probs would come to an end
Raman did look like he had never really considered that bit and seemed like he was weighing in Bala's words, his expression softened, it appeared as if he was retrospecting on the events of that night and what Ishu may have felt ... Bala even tried to convince Raman to think over it, else it might be too late to go back on his decision
but of course, since CVs want to turn Raman into this completely crazy callous man who is out to wreak havoc around him, he crawled back into his usual tough guy self and made it clear to Bala he was not changing his mind about the marriage. So that was that.😲
Bala is such a sweetheart...he really, really cares about Ishita...they are brother and sister from diff mothers naeen
Though I laud his noble intentions, I am not too sure about the custody issue he has raked up now😕. Vandita has little to do/say these days and it seems she is tired of Raman and his antics and just wants him to move on with Shagun so that Ishita can move on too...
but Bala is the one who is wondering with Raman moving on, how would ISHITA be able to move on? She has neither her husband, nor any of her kids with her...and anyway, Pihu is her daughter...so Ishita should apply for Pihu's custody
I was smirking when he used the word 'custody'...it seems EK has pulled out all the stops and tried to make Manju Kapoor's 'custody' relevant even in the midst of all this drama😆😆😆 I cant imagine what a WAR its going to be if Ishita files for custody...gosh...dont even wanna imagine...Raman's yelling will possibly form cracks in the walls of the courthouse😆😆
I kinda agree with what Vandu said in the beginning - Shagun has taken care of Pihu all these years and naturally, has formed an attachment with her...
yes she has been trying to form her place in Bhalla House, yes she always has those added motives lurking in the fringes...but I think it would be kinda cruel to take away Pihu from her...I am anyway, not too kicked about Pihu-Ishita bonding, coz even if it is RD playing the part, there just seems to be something off about the fabricated IshHu bonding...😕
at the same time, I know Adi will stay with ISHITA, and if Ruhi too pighlofies by the time, she too will come to be with Ishita...so Ishu is not going to be left on the streets without hope to latch on to...I understand Bala's need of vindicating Ishita and absolving her of all those sickening taunts she has had to deal with pretty much all of her life (baanjh and all)...but I am talking in the legal sense, and not emotional, to be honest
Yes, we know why Ishita left Bhalla House and never tried to contact Pihu ...
But the court doesn't know and doesn't care...and would ask for proof...not emotional reasoning...as to why Ishita is a better person to stake claim on Pihu
Raman and Shagun can easily show that Ishita was this uncaring, insensitive, selfish mother, who, without a word simply abandoned their family 7 years ago...and did not even once try to contact Pihu all these years..in this time, Shagun was the one who took care of Pihu and was her mother for her...plus, she is the surrogate mother, so that again strengthens her case
If Raman is legally fit to move on (since Ishita was absent for 7 whole years) then consider why it shouldn't apply to Pihu's case as well?
Sorry, I hate to say this but I think Raman will have a stronger case
unless Ishita can go the entire haul and bring in angles of mental cruelty in the picture (Raman's behaviour that drove her to attempted suicide and all) and win the case (which is unlikely IMO)
So yes, Bala's intentions are noble but it has 200% chances of backfiring because now Raman will be wont to thinking Ishita, really is no diff from Shagun and is trying every manipulative trick in the world to 'obtain her ends'...Bala is trying to rope in Mani and prolly get a decent lawyer hired through him, and make Mani testify...but these are choppy waters and fingers will eventually be pointed at Ishita and Mani's 'relationship'...
Oh the Iyers...the Bhallas..and everybody in this show...why don't they first talk to the person concerned before chalking up these grand plans for them?? YHM is a classic case of people taking on noble causes without first asking permission from the person concerned...the most recent fiasco of this nobility was Ishita taking up that freak Pallavi's case..ohhh, when will they learn??😕😕
Anyway, Ishita has Aalu, Nirvaan, and now Adi to take care of...soon Ruhi will join the bandwagon, so she will have an excess of emotional support to lead the rest of life 😆
Ruhi and Ishita:
Ruhi is trying hard to mind her own business and seems miffed...with having to share that flat with her Ishima...but Ishita cant let go of her maternal instincts, can she?
How can she stay in the same flat and NOT take care of this cute lil girl's diet and all?😆
So despite Ruhi protesting she wasn't hungry and didn't want to eat, Ishita sat in front of her with a plate of curd rice, and stuffed a morsel into that cribbing/protesting pretty mouth😆😆 I think Aalu has rubbed off majorly on Ishita, she doesnt take no for an answer and does exactly what she pleases to😆
So of course, curd rice plus Ishima ke haath se feed hona plus Ishima ka pyaar and mention of her daughter's diet and her behaviour sucked Ruhi into a pool of flashback memories...her eyes became moist..and she went into a semi-trance and ate her food quietly...after all, Maa ka pyaar itne saalon baad mil raha hai...kitni der mana kar sakegi
awww...so cute!! ISHITA looked resplendent in that yellow saree and the colourful patchy blouse and that side braid...but I could not help muse how diff DT looked in those flashback moments...a thinner, younger, naive-looking, relatively plainer DT...now even without too many accessories and too much styling, Ishita looks divine...so much more Womanly😛
I am confident very soon Ruhi will give in to her Ishima's 'charms'...aur kitne din door reh paayegi yaar???😉😉
so anyway, as the khana-khilana is going on, Ishita hears a the doorbell ring...she excuses herself and goes to see who it is
who else? ACP, putting on an extremely unbelievable drunk act...informing Ishita he had seen Nidhi...
Of course, Ruhi, who was standing behind heard every word of it and got agitated...kyunki ab rang mein bhang milna wala tha😆😆😆
But I hope she heard how the first thing Ishita thought about when getting to know of the news is the possibility of Ruhi being alive too...I hope she understands her Ishima loved/loves her immensely...😭😭
So anyway, thrilled with this bit of news she makes a dash to Bhalla House to inform Raman...he comes out in a ganji and white pajamas looking like an angry wild buffalo, and gets even more infuriated seeing Ishita at his doorstep
she tries to share the news with him, all the time grinning, with happiness and possibly, gratitude...and he drowns out her feeble gentle persuasions by asking her to 'dafa ho jao', ' mujhe tumhari koi baat nahin sunni, mujhe tumhare chehre se bhi nafrat hai' and somewhere in all the belligerence, he even called her a 'bhoot'. So that was it. Later, I am damn sure he will try to brush it off in a comic way when he realizes his folly
But looking at how he is behaving, I seriously dont want him with Ishita anymore.
Yes, I never thought I would say this but judging from how he is ready to forgive Shagun for the humongous mistakes she has done, and go all the way and marry her, where as he isnt even prepared to HEAR Ishita out, its better if he marries that trash Shagun and spare Ishita.
She could be a lot of things, but she isn't this doormat, poor downtrodden woman who needs a man to tell her her worth. Raman can go take a hike and marry and sleep with whoever he wants...Ishita really doesn't need all that shit😡
P.S. Ishita-Mihir and Ruhi-Mihir milan was quite spark-less and it seemed like Ishita was inviting Mihir in to have dinner at her place...didnt look like Mihir and she met 7 years later
as for Mihir, he also had that 'connection' wala feeling meeting Ruhi...what is this man? ALL THE IYERS AND BHALLAS FEEL THIS 'CONNECTION' with Ruhi???!😆

P.S. It was amusing to see Ashok pretend he was surprised to see Ishita😆😆 yeh tharki bhi, kitni nautanki karta hai yaar!! Ishita bhoot ki tarah wapas aa gayi, tab bhi uski jawaani pe comment se nai ruka woh idiot...where is Suraj yaar? I miss him and his deewanapan for Vandu😆😆
P.S. ACP needs to go to rehab and stop playing drunk cop all the time...he must be the FIRST police officer on this planet getting so worked up and emotional because he supposedly led to a victim's 'death' itna pyaar, itna dard...baap re...
