a bit of feminism also implies to let a woman be and have her own opinions

it is her choice to make food for her hubby or children..if she wishes to..why is that offensive to feminists?

Feminists are not attacking her because she has her "opinion" or she wants to make food for children or husband.

They are upset because she butchered the meaning of feminism showing great degree of ignorance of what feminism actually stands for. Feminism doesn't mean women wants to be like men. It means to have equal rights and opportunities; to vote, to get education, opportunity to work, equal pay, roam streets freely, not to be treated like object or second class citizen.

So according to her, feminists are men, don't make dinner for their families and are outspoken for no rhyme or reason and thus they make 'too much noise'.

If men have all the advantages and rights to exist in the world then damn right I want to be like a man and not a woman. But feminism is not about trying to be like men , feminism is about having an equal footing in this world just like men always had. To call that as unnecessary shows how ignorant as a person she is. Where would she be had feminist didn;t fight for her rights to be able to speak up for herself and have an opinion today ? She wouldn't really have a dream and choice to cook food for her husband, she would be expected to do so without having a say. Thats what feminism got her.
