Shagun is the most unluckiest. When raman was married to her, she never valued him. She left him for ashok and now when she is back in bhalla house, raman loves ishita. Shagun is nowhere in his heart she has just become his kids biological mother and now surrogate mother. Bhalla family too loves ishita more than shagun
