On the other hand the script has been rather poorly handled ever since the 2nd leap, jumping from one story to the next with poor continuity and flow. They cover entire wars in 20 minutes!! 😲 Characters appear and disappear without explanation (what happened to Sahasrarjun's story for instance). Perhaps the producers and/or the channel wish to finish the serial as quickly as possible? It could be the controversial storyline (which seems to have been mercilessly butchered over the last 2-3 months to conform to the popular version) or ratings or maybe both?

Whatever the reason maybe, I know I will be very sad if they indeed finish the serial so soon. I'm already quite disappointed at the way the narrative suffered after Ravan grew up. So much potential wasted. 😔

I completely agree with you. I missed the first five minutes of Raavan's last episode and when I switched on my TV, I see the part where Chandranakha is trying to propose Laxman. I found it real strange and started to wonder if I really missed only 5 minutes of it 🤔 I had a doubt and so decided that I should try to find the last video here. I was really looking forward to Sita's royal introduction and her swayamvar. After reading your view, I came to know that all that was just narrated to us. What a disappointment! 😔

hi!

I know why they're wrapping up the serial in such a rush.
the serial is a copy of a novel.they used to acknowledge that in their earlier episodes also - "vayam Rakhsamah".
Zee doesn't have copyright to that and is now fearing legal action!! pity, isn't it?

anyhow, you can find the actual ravan story without the masala in the novel. its written by acharya chatursen shastri.
