WHy can't be fan club be made on holly ??

I think THE hollywood section is made for discussing only about hollywood movies and stars etcc. Then why can't we make fan clubs on holly stars on holly section ?. Bollywood celebrity fan clubs is for bollywood stars.

I think this would be the case.

It makes no mention of Bollywood. Hollywood fan clubs can be made here.
