As prakash said Mihir is mentally ill who is looking outside for solution but it is inside him. And he is right.That man is narcissist or vampire who drain life force of other for one to become live, calm and peaceful temporarily and cycles continues endlessly.

What he needs is healing not floating by position, power and playing with other people's ife. Our biological body/mind mechanism needs corrections time to time. But people who are narcissist or vampires, unfortunately healing is alian subject eventhough he is born and grown up in healing culture.

Prakash also mentioned, mentall ill people like Mihir try to change the world in a way that is suitable for them. A world of mastery, slavery and sick and with the previllage of power and wealth they float above. And the inner chaos is calm temporary and cycles continues and people like Dharaa have to go through all this.

Agree with this post. Advocate Prakash is 100% correct. The child custody usually goes to mother unless she has committed adultery. However, Dhara never had any extra-marital affair that Mihir can prove. Yes, he had made cheap allegations about dhara of having an affair with Diwakar but he does not have any proof to present it in the court & DNA reports too is in Dhara's favor.

Mihir has been a psychopath from the beginning of the show. It first started with the lie to Dhara saying, "You can continue to play cricket though not at the professional level." Then causing loss to gola wala for accidentally crashing his car & giving an excuse for his friend to her for this behaviour.

In fact to start, I would also say that he told Deepak that it is his parents who decide whether Dhara should play cricket or not but he gave a different version to her only to make her accept his proposal.

After marriage, Dhara got to know that Mihir had restricted the children from playing cricket 4 months before their wedding. There is a saying, "You cannot change the world but you can change your attitude." which means that solution is within that person. Not outside. Dhara had also found out from her MIL that she does not have any objection in her playing cricket. So the problem is not with Mihir's parents. Mihir is the culprit.

Mihir definitely has a motive to take Shubhangi's custody & wants to keep her not because of the affection he has towards her but wants to trouble Dhara so that she will eventually come back to him at least for Shubhangi's sake.
