Love is based on trust and respect.
Aradhya charged Aryan with a false rape case that sent him and his father to jail. Her family forced him to marry her without considering that his grandfather is unwell and may suffer serious problems because of their action. At this point he views her as selfish and a cheater. His hate for her is as much as his love at the moment and its justified from his view point.
