Kavita Vaid enter to Colors Balika Vadhu

Veteran actress Kavita Vaid will soon join the cast of Colors' revamped Balika Vadhu (Sphere origins).

The actress who was recently part of Life OK's Jaane Kya Hoga Rama Re has been roped in to play Nani to Sudha (Yukti).

A typically conservative woman, will have various shades to portray based on the situations placed before her. She will have a comic streak at times, and will also turn vicious when needed.

As per sources, "The old lady will not look at Nandini (Mahhi Vij) as the daughter of the house. She will love and pamper Sudha, but will royally ignore Nandini. She will also have a negative eye towards Nandini."

When contacted, Kavita told us, "Yes, I have started shoot for Balika Vadhu. It will be a cameo for nearly 20 days."
