KOKILA TO KILL GAURA?

I read a Telly buzz update that Kokila will kill Gaura.
Why should they end the villains only by killing . Why cant Gaura be sent to jail. Earlier Gopi did it with Radha and bore the consequences for 10 years. Now if Kokila kills Gaura , she will also go to jail for another 10 years.
Instead they can simply plan, collect evidence against the villain and send them to jail for good.
