Hey folks...Back with another OS...Tooo busy to be actually be live and active on this forum, but before I call it a night, I always make sure to go through this particular forum, and saw that there has been actually not much fictions written since a week, whatever is written is extremely good and must say we really have very talented writers, so all you talented people please make an attempt to write some nice fictions on this beautiful couple. Great job by all you lovely ones.
Here is a piece of writing from my end, hope you all enjoy it, just finished in a shot, heartily apologize for the mistakes if any.
After the unexpected dinner with the Gujrals, Dev drove straight to Sona's house, on the way he brought white lilies keeping his Dr. Bose in mind. He reached her house and rang the bell. Saurabh opened the door and was surprised at the sudden visit of Dev baabu at this hour of the night with Sona's favorite flowers in his hand. Elena too joined him wanting to know the visitor at this time. Elena who knew what happened in the restaurant was happy on seeing Dev and immediately welcomed him. Dev who blindly followed his heart to meet Ms. Bose and talk to her before the night ends did not know how and what to answer to the family's questions and surprising looks. He immediately recollected that the Bose kids have said in the restaurant that their Daadi was not in good health, so thought of using that idea for his sudden entry. When Bijoy asked him the reason, he said the same and on seeing Daadi, he immediately gave the beautiful bouquet to her asking her about her health. After talking for sometime, he noticed that Ms. Bose is still not in the hall and he inquired about it. Elena was quick to answer that she was not well and hence is resting in the room and also told that Sona has strictly asked nobody to disturb her. Dev was sad on hearing this and unwillingly was about to leave and was planning to bid bye when Asha, Sona's mother told him that he can meet Sona in her room upstairs.
Dev did not wait for a second after that statement, he immediately turned his foot in the direction of his Ms. Bose's room. On reaching the room, he saw that the door was closed ajar and he slightly opened the door without even thinking of knocking it as if it was his right to enter her room without knocking unlike the Dev who was always very particular about manners and decency. Upon entering the room, he saw that Ms. Bose was sitting on the bed with her back supported to the headrest and her eyes closed and a book in her lap which seemed to be the Young India magazine(sorry do not remember the name of the magazine shown in the show, used a random pick) with his photo on the cover page. The sight at first when he entered the room made him sad but on seeing his photo on her lap he had a merry dance in his heart which also brought a small smile on his face. He went near her and called her, "Dr. Bose", but got no response, he again tried his luck by calling her Ms. Bose, but it again reached deaf ears, for the third time he went more close to her, and shook her shoulder and called "Sona", to which Sona opened her eyes and was surprised to see Dev in front of her. Sona thought it to be her dream and told, Dev please go from here, since long I have been trying to have a nap and you are just not letting me sleep (she said this is Bengali, language barrier, hence wrote in English, sorry). Dev who did not understand anything except his name being called asked her the meaning of what she was saying. It was then Sona realized that the image that she is seeing is not her dream but reality. Sona suddenly got up from the bed which made her leg and hand to hurt a bit and she was about to fall, but two strong arms carefully caught hold of her before she could fall and after an eyelock of few seconds both of them straightened up. After being steady Dev said, "you seem to be falling a lot these days, is it coz your legs are still hurt or is it coz you are sure that I will be there to hold you before you fall." Sona had no words coming from her mouth to answer this and she just blushed. Dev then took a Lilly flower from his coat and gave it to Sona and said this one is for you. Sona was surprised at this sweet gesture of hers and to not let her feelings evident asked how come just one lily and what made you bring this flower and you at this time. Dev without thinking anything sat on her bed and even motioned her to sit and said, the moment she left the restaurant he was not feeling good and wanted to meet her as she wanted to say something important, but since the Gujrals were an important client he could not even leave them, so had to forcibly finish the dinner with them. He then went on saying that on the way he saw the flower shop and brought a bouquet of white lilies for her, but on seeing her Daadi here gave the bouquet to her by pulling out a flower from that bunch for her. Sona was mesmerized by this honest answer as well as the sweet and changed behavior of Dev.
Dev who could not resist from asking Sona about her sudden exit from the restaurant asked, "Sona, why did you leave the restaurant without telling me?" Sona was surprised again for the third time on him addressing her as Sona and instead of answering to his question, asked what made you call me Sona. Dev was taken back by this question and without looking into her eyes said that it just came in the flow and that if she does not want her to be called like that by him will never repeat it, to which Sona quickly told with a blush and a smile that he can call her Sona. Dev then said that she is diverting the topic. Sona who now knew that there is no way to escape said that she was not comfortable being with the Gujrals and did not feel like being in that company and hence made a silent exit. Dev this time looked keenly at her face and asked the reason for her uneasiness. Sona said nothing but stared hardly and deeply into the mesmerizing eyes of his. Dev on not getting his answer again asked the same question of her being uneasy and asked was it the business talks that made her uneasy for which Sona nodded her head in a no. Then he asked her was it his and Natasha's convo that made her uneasy.
Sona who was deeply and solely lost in Dev, without realizing or thinking just nodded her head in a yes and said that these days she does not like any girls or outsiders talking to him or talking about him. Dev at first was confused and when he scrunched his eyebrows in a confused state, it was then Sona realized what she was doing and made attempts to correct her statement, but in vain. Dev who by then realized what Sona actually meant, held her hands and said that she should not bother trying to correct her statement and also squeezed her hands lightly and said, Sona, you need not worry...nobody will take your place.. You are the first outsider who is special to me and will always be. Saying so, Dev left her hand and got up to leave and walked few feet away from the bed towards the door, when Sonakshi called, "Mr. Dixit." On hearing this Dev turned back but instead of allowing her to talk, walked towards her with a straight and serious face and said, Sona, is it necessary that you still call me Mr. Dixit...He paused for a few seconds and said just like you liked it when I called you Sona I like it when you call me Dev and not Mr. Dixit. Sona's eyes grew wide on hearing this and with a smile said Thank you Dev for this and showed the Lilly that he gave her. Dev just smiled his rarest smile which reached his eyes and which only Sona had the luck to see. He bid her bye and was about to turn, when his eyes fell on the magazine and he stopped in his tracks and said, Sona, I do not think that you need this magazine anymore. Sona immediately rushed to take that before he could lay his hands on it but could not. Dev took the magazine and said with a loop-sided smirk, the day will not be very far when I will be beside you to share and listen to what all you wanted to say instead of you carrying this heavy magazine and stare into my pic. Saying this he was about to walk with the magazine when Sona said, Dev until the time you are besides me let me have that magazine. The moment you will b beside me whenever I feel like and whenever I want, I will keep the magazine aside. Dev was all smiles on hearing to her reply and gave her the magazine and in that event held her hands, held it a bit tightly, squeezed it, made her look deep into his eyes so that she can see his sole and he can see hers and said honestly that you are very special and precious, so dont be insecure about anything in this world not even my family. We might be late but you and I will definitely be WE. Saying so, he left the room and bid bye to her family and left her house. When he was about to open the car door, he just turned back to see Sona looking at him from the window of her room, both of them silently spoke and bid byes to each other before calling it a night to each other.
