Feeling defeated and having no other way to escape, he saw the person whom he had left, his girlfriend. She stood there smirking at the turn of events. But he even saw her furious whenever he claimed Mihika as his wife along with all the others present there. He felt he still had some chance to defeat Raman Kumar Bhalla. Quickly making some devilish plans to court the devil (Shagun) again, Ashok began to leave the place not before warning Raman only to be held back by Romi.

"mera bhai kho dhamki dega tooh??" his hand rose only to see Ashok's cheek adoring the marks of long fingers.

[How dare you warn my brother?]

Everybody was shocked to see a furious Ishitha who was by now standing in between Romi and Ashok.

"What the hell do you think of yourself? Kya socha tumne?tum mera pati ko, mera raman ko kuch kar sakthe ho? kya kar raha tha tum? Mihika se itna ghatiya harkat kiya? Kyu kiya? Aur tum kya soch rahe ho tum aisa kuch karega ki raman ko defeat karega? But tumne kuch realise kiya Jab bhi tum raman ka kuch bhigadne ka socha tho woh utna hi woh upar aa raha hain aur tum niche jaa rahe ho!! Mind it ashok u can't ever defeat my raman!!" she completed spiting fire through her eyes.

[What the hell do you think of yourself? What did you think? You want to defeat my husband, my Raman. You did this worst to Mihika? Why? You think you can ever defeat Raman? But do you realise something, every time you try to do something bad, he is raising and you are the one at the losing end? Mind it Ashok you can't ever defeat my Raman!!"

Mentally noting to make it up for Ishitha, once he gets ball into his court again, left Bhalla house huffing, sparing a last glance at Shagun who was looking him with utter disgust.

"wah!!bhabhi super tha!!" Romi congratulated ishitha hugging her.

[Wow!! Bhabhi!!It was amazing!!]

"How dare he think of hurting Raman?" she replied grinning, feeling proud of herself.

"Sachi me!!" said Romi clapping his hands.

[Really??!!]

They saw their whole family looking at them popping their eyes. Even though, the family knew Ishitha's guts when it comes to their family but now they have seen her husband's favourite avatar of hers, Jhansi Ki Raani.

But what made Raman really happy was Romi standing up from him. Generally it would be The typical Raman Kumar Bhalla who would not leave a chance to retort Ashok. But ishitha made him calm and she got him unaffected by useless talks. But today his brother and wife were unable to even bear that not-happening talk against him. He always knew that his siblings love him but after Ishitha's arrival in their lives, their love and respect had manifold many times.

"Thanks ishitha!!" he thought.

"Thanks Raman!!" ishitha said aloud surprising him.

"Thanks kyun..?"

"Aap ne jho kuch kiya Mihika ke liye!!"

[For what you have done for Mihika]

"Shut up!! Mihika mere bhi behan hai..." he trailed off as Mihika hugged him tight, continuously thanking him.

[shut up!! Mihika is also my sister..]

"Thanks jiju!!" she said once again wiping her tears feverishly.

"tum aur tumhare behan kho ek baar kuch bola tho samaj me nahi ayega kya? Mujhe nahi chahiye thanks bas tum krupa karke aaj se har baat humse share karna, atleast Mihir se!!" he said tucking her hair behind her ear for which Mihika nodded.

[Don't you and your sister understand anything when said for first time? I don't want any thanks!!just bless us to have you sharing everything with us, atleast with mihir!!]

"aisa nahi promise karo!!pata hei ki tera khandan me promise kabhi nahi thodte!!" He said looking at Ishitha.

[not like this!! Promise me!! I know that your family stands for the words!!]

"pakka promise jiju!!" she replied huffing and holding the collar of his shirt while he ruffled her hair lovingly.

All the eyes in the room had tear up seeing the pure form of love. Ishitha couldn't help but mouth an I love you' to Raman for which he winked and forwarded his hand towards her. She gladly held his hand and got pulled by him onto his chest. There he stood hugging both the iyer sisters.

"ek chance nahi chodthe romance karne ka na jiju??" she said coming out of hug. His playful sister-in-law is back- he thought.

[you people don't leave a chance to romance, isn't it?]

Ishitha blushed and boxed her ear which made her apologize cutely.

"i missed u my lady hitler!!" mihir exclaimed taking mihika into a bear hug.

"i missed u too buddu ram!!" she replied gleefully.

"ahem..ahem" simmi and vandu teased them.

"simmi di aur vandu akka!! Ab aur nahi ab use me shadi karlunga!! Aur intzaar nahi hoga!!" mihir shouted tugging at Mihika who was shyly moving away from her.

[simmidi and vandu akka!!Not anymore!! I'll marry her now itself!! I can't wait anymore]

"par mihir.." she was cut by her sister.

[but mihir...]

"ab aur late nahi mihika!! For Mihir..." ishitha used the correct button which made mihika lovingly rub his cheek and nod her head slightly. Mihir hugged her again tight continuously muttering how much he loves.

[no more reasons Mihika!! For Mihir...]

"loh bala!! Ek aur bachara..." raman joked only to get smacked by his wife.

[See bala!! One more is there to pity now!!]

"stop it!! Mihir!! Tum iss characterless aurat se shadi karega!??i'll not accept.." shouted Shagun agitated at the turn of events.

[stop it!!Mihir!! you will marry such a characterless girl?i will never accept!!]

"shut up!! Shagun!! Tum jaise aurat character ke bhare mein bhaat kar rahi hai??" Mihir controlled himself by a hold on his hand by ishitha.

[shut up shagun!! Women like you are not eligible to utter even the word character!!]

"dekho door raho iss parivaar se, humse!!" raman completed taking the situation into his hands and asked Shagun to get out of the place as it is a family matter.

[get away from my family, from us!!]

After her departure, the hall turned into an after-the-won-match field with everyone running here and there hugging the person adjacent to them even without looking at them. Shouting and almost dancing on each other's feet, then exclaiming a laughing sorry. But there were two people, who were so peace and calm. Hugging everyone they came back to hug their beloved ones to complete the celebration. Raman gently pecked ishitha's forehead making the vermilion rub onto his cheek. Before ishitha could erase it her Vandu akka saw it made it the next need to be focused point on which the whole family discussed embarrassing them to the core.

After some teasing and laughing session, all the youngsters sat in the hall with the elders at dining discussing about the upcoming event. When simmi exclaimed that her mother had made ishitha's favourite sasural ladoo' everybody had decide to make the moment sweeter by having something sweet.

When simmi bought the huge plate of laddoo, almost everyone pounced onto it. Raman was talking in the phone when ishitha stood in order reach the plate which was on romi's lap only to be pulled back by raman playfully. She tried to take again only to be pulled back again. Everyone were laughing to see their childish traits where ishitha had given up knowing raman wouldn't stop her now as he may think he extended the joke and made her upset. But before she can respond romi stood up and made her eat.

"lo!! Koyi baath nahi!!" he said keeping the remaining half ladoo in her right hand. She smirked showing the sweet in her mouth and hand.

[oh!! Its ok!!]

That simple action of her left him aroused. She was looking very innocent with her happily widened eyes, a strand of hair onto her face and goofy smile on her slightly bulged mouth owing to the sweet inside it. He cleverly leaned over her as if to keep his phone on the side table beside her and licked the small part of her sugar coated lips. This action of his made her widen her eyes more and her taste exclaiming voice stopped abruptly which followed his,

"bahut tasty hai ma!!" he said lifiting her right hand and showed the remaining ladoo in her hand to his mother.

"thankew puttar" his mother exclaimed.

Turning around he saw the naughty smiles of mihir and romi which made him understand that they have seen their kiss. Laughing at the beetroot face of their bhabhi they exclaimed how romantic their brother was. Not knowing what was romantic in eating a sweet, other sibling started probing ishitha for an answer who was not in a position to.

"bala jeeju!! Samjho na bhai ne sweet khaya hai!! Mihir said laughing and winking naughtily.

[bala jeeju!! Understand na!! Bhai had sweet!!]

By now everybody understood what would have happened were laughing at their cost. Ishitha was thankful to her murgun for not letting their parents know about their kiss.

"ishima!!" ruhi jumped into ishith's arms and kissed her numerous times.

"i missed you alot ishima!!"

"i missed you too ruhi!!"

She stretched her free arm towards adi who was standing next to ruhi to hold him. But when she saw his apprehension she backed off silently only for him to hug her. She knew something had changed and looked at her husband whose eyes were as misty as hers.

In order to lighten the atmosphere,

"ruhi sirf ishima ko miss kiya? Papa kho nahi??" he asked with a pout that made everyone around wonder how many shades this person has.

[ruhi!! you missed only ishima?? Didn't miss me]

"ayyo!! Jallu ravan!! Papa meine aapko bahooth missieee kiya!! U know y? Bcoz mera aur ishima ka sab se fav person aap ho!! v love u alot!!" she said kissing his cheek and sitting in his lap.

[ayyo!! Jallu ravan!! I missed you a lot papa!! Do you know why so? Because you are mine and ishima's favourite person.]

"haina ishima!!?? Hum dono same same pinch haina!!?oops!! yeh toh secret than a ab kya kare??" she said embrassing ishitha further.

[isn't it ishima?? Both of us are same-same pinch!! Oops!! This was a secret na?? What to do now??]

"idea!!yeh hum sab ka secret hai!! Pls don't tell anyone!!" she said seriously and smiling victoriously at ishitha.

[idea!! This is the secret between all of us!! Don't tell this to anyone!!]

The whole family laughed at her innocence while a person standing there, was cursing looking at their happiness.
