Ishita's forbidden dream

Ishita is under the impression that Raman is married to Shagun. So both the times she dreamt about Raman(Dance & Hugging), she was actually dreaming about someone else's husband...about Shagun's supposed husband.. how can Eeesheeta do that? Isn't that wrong, immoral and dishonorable?
