It's four days since Khushi was admitted in hospital. She neither staying completely unconscious state or showing any improvement or coming to conscious. After gaining consciousness, she is getting hyper and getting unconscious again. Everyday doctors testing her, checking her and treating her. But there is no improvement in her condition. Everyone sat in the room, which is allowed for Khushi's family. No one is talking anything. The couldn't believe that their full of life Khushi lied on the bed battling for her life.

Everyone needed the answers from Arnav, they are waiting for him. But he didn't step away from ICU door. So, they asked Payal about whatever she said that day about Arnav forcing Khushi into this marriage. She told everything about Shyam and his betrayal to their family. But Anjali and Mami bluntly opposed her.

"If you can't trust what I say, then why did you ask me in the first place. I'm not the one to answer your questions or clear your doubts. Ask your so called perfect brother or your so called god like Shyam about what happened and what did bring Khushi to this situation. But not even once open your mouths to accuse Khushi for this. I won't spare anyone anymore..." Payal warned everyone. So, they asked Shyam but as usual he accused Gupta-s for trapping him. So they are waiting for Arnav to come and clear things. There was a ruckus with the argument between Shyam and Gupta-s

Everyone's thoughts got disturbed by seeing Arnav running figure. They are surprised to see Arnav running towards doctor's room and rushed behind him. They entered doctors room along with Arnav surprising the doctor. Seeing their worry, doctor allowed them to hear Khushi's condition. But what they heard, left them terrified.

"Mr. Raizada, Your wife's conditions is not at all good. Her situation is called takotsubo cardiomyopathy( TC) or stress cardiomyopathy and to be far less harmful than a typical heart attack. For that reason, some had also labeled this condition "broken-heart syndrome". In the most of the cases, it's very less harmful. But in several cases the person, who have this type of disease can turn to depressive person or have more other problems like the person can make tentative suicide or turn to real heart disease. And/or the person can't speak due to a very strong shock.

So, in your wife's case, this is turning serious. I'm sorry to say this, but your wife is not showing any improvement. After giving so much treatment also her vitals or not coming to normal. Her conditions is going to severe heart problem. If we know the reason for her this situation then it MAY help us to bring her out. She is not responding. Her rejection is showing her lack of interest in living"

"Don't you dare" shouted ARnav.

"Shouting on me is not going to change anything Mr. Raizada. I'm telling whatever the situation your wife is in. If you have any doubts you are free to take her to another hospital. You can go now, I need to attend another important case" with that doctor left his cabin leaving all of them behind.

Arnav sat with a thud remembering doctor's words - "Her rejection is showing her lack of interest in living"- He held his head in his palms keeping his hands on table. He felt Nani's ji hand on his shoulder. He turned back

"Nani... Khushi..." he hugged her by her stomach

"Tell me what happened with her and you, Chote. We need answers. Maybe we can help her to heal her pain. Tell me the truth. We need answers, is whatever Payal said about Damad jij true? Did you marry Khushi betiya forcefully? Tell me everything, now" Nani ji commanded

Arnav looked at everyone and said whatever happened between him and Khushi. He said everything from the time of Akash and Payal wedding. His approach towards Khushi to confess his love, he seeing Shyam with Khushi and confronting Shyam, then marrying Khushi for 6 months, everything... he said everything to them. He said everything and received a tight slap from Mami.

"Mami?!!" whispered Arnav in shock

"Don't call me that. How can you do this? Is this what we taught you? Is this the way to behave with innocent girl? Is this the way to deal with situations? When you confront Shyam, then why didn't you think about asking KHushi about the truth? How dare you to marry her for only 6 months? What will be her condition after that 6 months? So, when you said this reason to her, she couldn't take that and landed in this situation. I didn't expect this from you Arnav. You disappoint me" with that Mami sat on the chair.

The rest is history. After long silence and dramatic arguments, they trusted Gupta-s and threw Shyam out of their lives. Anjali faced a shock, she couldn't believe all these. Mami and Nani became support for broken Anjali. Their broken hearts and disturbed minds got disturbed by the nurse who came by running to call the doctor. Everyone rushed to ICU hearing Khushi's condition is turning worst. Doctor came running and started their treatment.

After some minutes later doctor came out and informed everyone that KHushi got heart attack one more time. Arnav pushed doctor aside and went inside calling her out loud

"KHUSHI"

Arnav went to Khushi and held her hand.

"Khushi please... open your eyes Khushi. I'm sorry... I'm really sorry Khushi. Please don't leave me... Khushi..."

Suddenly the machines beside Khushi's bed started to beep loudly. Khushi's breathing got heavy, she is sweating badly. Doctors gave some injections, but nothing happened. Suddenly every machine stopped showing numbers except a long beep sound...

...

Doctors stilled for a minute looking at the monitors. Their trance broke by Arnav's panicked calls. They asked nurse to send Arnav out, but she failed miserably.

"I'm not going anywhere. I will stay here with my wife"

"But Mr. Raizada, you won't be able to see the treatment. Please try to co operate" said doctors but Arnav is adamant. Not having much time to argue with stubborn man, they started the treatment. They gave the shock treatment for Khushi to get her back. Arnav couldn't see Khushi in this situation but kept eyes open to see how much he is making her suffer still. After giving the allowed number of shocks then kept the machine aside and looked at Arnav with meaningful eyes.

"No... no... no please... no... don't look at me like that... please... don't stop your treatment. Please..."

"Mr. Raizada..."

Arnav rushed to Khushi and hugged her tight

"No you can't leave me and go Khushi. You can't leave me like this. Please come back... I am sorry Khushi, I'm terribly sorry. I Love you... more than myself. But my anger made me a monster. Please Khushi give me a chance, don't leave me... come back... please... Khushi... Khushi..."

Every Raizada stood in their places seeing the lifeless Khushi and broken Arnav before their eyes. Shock is evident on their faces. Tears started rolling down their cheeks.

"Khushi... Khushi..." Arnav kept her calling like chanting some mantra. He took her hand and kept it on his heart. "Khushi, please come back... don't leave me in this guilt Khushi. Please... i can't take this. Please save me... Khushi... Khushi... Khushi... Khushi..."

Suddenly Arnav felt some movement in her hand. He looked at Khushi with shocked expression.

"Khushi?!" he called her in low voice, not to give hopes to everyone.

He sensed her hold getting tight.

"AKASH... GO CALL THE DOCTOR..." that much is enough for Akash to sprint towards doctors cabin.

"Khushi... can you open your eyes. Khushi..."

She opened her eyes little and looked at him with half closed eyes.

"I'm here Khushi. I came for YOU. I Love you Khushi. I didn't leave you and go. I'm here for YOU. Khushi... oh Khushi..." arnav cried his heart out seeing her closing her eyes. Tears are rolling from her eyes.

Doctors came and took Khushi from Arnav's hold and started their treatment. Doctor send everyone out of the room assuring about Khushi. Everyone sat on the chairs in corridor. After half an hour doctor came out and everyone rushed to him. He patted Arnav's shoulder
