Part - 7
Ishita bolted the door ,till that time raman has reached his table ,listening to the door sound he turned back and saw ushita standing there . He also looked at her ,both looked at each other without blinking their eyes while the tear started flowing like river but noonr was bothered to stop them since they don't want to blink their eyes for a nano second also ,as if ,if they will do that other person will vanish .Both walked to each other with slow steps and hugged each other tightly.
Both were hugging each other tightly as if there life's depends ,on it only while tears were flowing like rivers from their eyes .After a while Raman pulled her from him and traces each and every features of her face ,she closed her eyes feeling his touch .He cupped her face and spoke planting a soft kiss on her temple " I missed you a lot ."
I( still closing her eyes )- me too missed you a lot ,why didn't you come to me ,I was waiting for you .
R- I m so sorry jaan ,I m so sorry
Their trance was broken with Raman's intercoms voice,both came back in senses and saw that they are still standing in their own place and it was their imagination that they are crying in each other embrance .Raman picked the call ,it was his receptionist who had called to inform that she was trying to stop ushira but she entered his cabin though she was stopped .
Raman told its ok and hung the call .Till that time ishita had composed herself and she was now ready for confrontation .Raman saw her she was red with anger ,before he can tell anything, she threw the snaps of his engagement which she had got printed.Looking to that Raman become pale as if a the blood from his body was sucked .He was in vulnerable state ,he so wanted to clear the air but before he speak anything he remembered the talk of morning which he had with his father.
FLASHBACK
Mr bhalla ( scolding raman )- Raman what's this .
R- what pa.
Mr bhalla - Mr bansal called me and asked that weather you are interested in marriage or not .
R( irritated)-I m already doing marriage ,now what more they want .
Mr bhalla - actually Anita had told her father that you are not taking interest in spending time with her ,neither you take her anywhere nor you accompany her for shoppings .
R( angrlut)- pa I had more useful things than doing stupid shopping.
Mr bhalla ( scolding )- I don't know raman ,at any cost I want this marriage its more than a business collaboration than marriage so I want it to happen at any cost .
R- but pa.
Mr - no more arguments .Jo Maine kah diya WO kah diya .
Raman went out from his room dejected .
Flashback ends .
Though raman don't wanted it to happen ,he never wanted that ishita should know his ugly truth but that's the only way he can chase her out of his life little did he know that now his life is ishita only .He closed his eyes tightly ,prepared himself and then opened his eyes and spoke without any expression " This ,let me see."
Saying so he picked a snap and pretended to be shocked and spoke " from where do you get this ".
I( angrily )- that's non of your concern ,you just answer me .
R- its my engagement pics which has owned two days back .
I- and what about the marraige you did one month back .
Raman closed his eyes and recalled those beautiful moments ,though that time he had married her for revenge but now they blissful memories .He then again made a straight face and spoke " that was my revenge for raising voice against me ,that was my revenge for ruining projects of crores ."
Ishira narrowed her eyes and asked " what revenge for ruining project of crores ,that means you were never cheated ".
R- nope I was never cheated but I knew everything but had to backoff because of you .
I( with teary eyes )- and our love .
R( stammering )- that was ,that was revenge of that slap which you hit me on public .
Ishita came closer to him and asked clutching his collers " what do you mean by revenge damn it ".
Raman again closed his eyes and spoke after gathering corafe to speak against her " you have insulted me by slapping me in public and also because of you I lost my project which made my father furious on me so marrying you and sleeping with you was my revenge for that ".
" thudd" before he could complete his sentence a tight slap hit his cheeks,but instead of being angry he closed his eyes as if he knows that its coming .
I- (angrily )- you know what raman ,you are the most creepiest creature I have known in my life. I can never think that a person can stoop so low only to seek revenge and see the irony ,god made that person my own husband .chee ,today I m feeling Shame on myself to accept you as my husband ,to love you as my life .
Raman didn't spoke anything but was listening to her each and every word silently,as he actually has done this.
She spoke again " you know what ,though you have done the ugliest thing you can do to a girl but never keep a doubt on your mind that I will weep on that horrible past .yes you r my horrible past ,and you know what I m not that much weak that I will beg to you to take me back in my life intact I m happy that I came to know your truth so soon .And one more thing ,don't you ever be happy that you have ruined my life ,I m strong enough to take care of myself and my parent .for once I can forget you have done to me but can never forgive you for cheating my parents ,poor they .Amma considered you as her she son and gave her most lovely thing ,myself to you and what you have done .chee shame on you raman,when you can't win me with straight way ,you chose the dirtiest game .
R- ishita I never played with Amma and appa ,I truely consider them as my parents .
U- don't ever call them amma appa ,they are my parents ,they are proud to be my parents but your parents ,they must feel shame on themselves having you as your son .
R- ( shouting )- ishita .
I- don't you ever try to raise voice on me ,I m not your wife now ,the relation ended there itself when you did engagement with another girl .and one more thing ,don't ever think that I will live forever as your left wife ,if moron like you can get a girl then I m beautiful and smart enough to get another boy moreover ,nobody will ever mock me as you married me in front of whole society so Mr moron bhalla your plan is back fired .I m not affected by you ,if you think that mere sleeping with you can ruin my self confidence than you are very much wrong .
Saying so she walked out of his cabin angrily,he dropped himself in his seat like a dead man ,mere thought of her being with another person pricked his heart ,he so wanted to ran behind her ,stop her and keep her in his life as his most precious thing but alas he has ruined everything with his own hands ,first behaving like a jerk and trying to ruin her life and now telling everything to her .He hide his face in his palm and cried aloud .
On the other hand ishita came out if his office almost running,she searched a place and sat there .After sitting there she cried her heart out ,though she was acting strong in front of her but at this time she can't even stand on her feet ,her whole body was shaking due to the pain that he has betrayed her .she didn't had a bite of food from the time she came to know about his engagement and now she can't even think about anything to eat .she was feeling weak ,she was feeling like loosing her senses .
After some hours
Raman was still sitting like a dead person in his chair when mihir entered his cabin .Looking to Raman's state mihir got worried ,he called raman many times but didn't got any response ,he walked to raman and shook him but then also he didn't responded .The only word that escaped from his mouth was " everything is over ".
M- ( shocked )- what ,what is over ,raman what are you telling .
R- she came here .
M( confused)- who .
R- my ishita .
M- and .
R- and I told her everything .
M- and .
R- and she left me forever .
M- bhai you didn't stop her .
R- how can I ,I had done blunder and she hates me .
M- and you ,what about you .
R- I don't know mihir ,my life is being suffocating ,seems that I can't breath ,it seems that the guilt of cheating her us killing me from inside .
M- Raman listen do you love her .
R- being limits .
M- then go and stop her ,bring her back in your life .
R- but how can I ,papa .
M- leave him ,we will talk to him later first you go and stop ishita .listen bhai even if you marry Anita you will only ruin three life ,you already ruined two and will ruin third if you marry Anita .so before things go beyond repair go and stop her .
R( excited)- should I go .
M- of course .
Listening to this raman ran out from his office ,he was sure that she had gone back to chennei as she was behaving as if she was not bothered and strong enough .He immediately booked his tix and went to chennei .He went to their house but she didn't come there ,after waiting for her for a whole day he thought that how can he ever think that she will return to this house as it is given by him .
Next day he went to iyers to talk to ishita but instead of getting any news amma started asking about their life and ishitas where abouts.Then he searched her in chennei ,went to airport and ask about her arrival ,but he was surprised to know that she had never returned to chennei .He immediately informed mihir to search her in Delhi but everything went in vein as nobody got any information about ishita . Next day he dejectedly returned to his home ,fully exhausted ,looking pale and sick .
Ramans parents were sitting in hall and were talking when he entered the house ,he didn't looked at them but was going straight to his room when he heard his father " Toshiji ,how is that girl now ."
T- she is sleeping now but still she is very weak.I just can't think what type person was that who left such a sweet and beautiful girl . And you know she is not a random girl but a welknown lawyer then also that idiot did this with such a nice girl .I m asking about her family but she is not telling me anything about them .
Just listening to this raman ran to guestroom as he was sure she is non other than his ishita .
