no, its not like that... how can they be cousins she's not PVR's sister's daughter, but PVR's sister's husband and Kumu's daughter so they directly don't have any blood relation...its only because he by heart knows whats right and what is wrong and also because he knows that tulsi took care of his sister Saraswati in the recent past when their family had abondend Saras...😊
