why my bulb remains fused?

hi i know there is constant prbs with forum online offline bulb status

but mine is constant off even when i m online

i had seen others facing same problem but seems its fixed for some

i dont want to trbl mods too much just thought wud write it here again

if i can get some ans whether my bulb wud be fixed that wud be helpful

i'm not 100% sure, but i think even if you're online, you have to active. so if you just open india_forums and don't browse the pages, then i think your "bulb" is red, and green when you are active. again, i'm not 100% certain.
