I watch both shows though I'm more committed to TEI, very rare do I look at JR, so Twinkle definitely is my favorite.

Roshni is a very realistic and adorable character, so Roshni Khurana hands down😛 If u would have posted it in JR forum Roshni would have got more votes, why would fans in TEI forum vote for Roshni😆 I watch JR regularly and TEI occasionally, most of the times read WU, so commented😛

Acting wise there is no comparison of Nia and Jasmine😆 I don't want to make the post a war zone so leaving it.
