I think CVs are slowly building up the love triangle - Kabir is always there where Maanvi is.. Like he was there yesterday in hospital and gave her lift too and reached Sabarwal house.
Like Maanvi teasing Kabir about Simran and all.. From her side it is always going to be a friendly relationship but Kabir will slowly turn or show that it is more than that. His way of creating rift between Rahul and Maanvi. And I am sure he will get support from Avanti and Raj.
That is why I have been saying they both need to confess like NOW. Their relationship will not be able to hold up with so many negativity around. Rahul anyway is scared that he will hurt Maanvi and has been trying to send her away. This will give him reason enough to really push her away from him (in order to save her)..And it will break Maanvi and her love and trust. So, Maanvi you better say ILU soon to Rahul. Sometimes words are required not just actions.
