Who gets SHivam and Nadini?

From legal point of view, who should get Anandi's kids after she dies? Though Singh family has been as good as Anandi's biological family, they aren't really her family in legal terms. Non of them are biologically related to the kids! So would the law consider giving Shivam and Nandini back to Shekhars or would Jagya-Ganga be allowed to be their legally adopted relatives?

Since it is BV land the children will be brought up by Jagya and Ganga

well all has to die in Jaitsar only so definately nandini and shivam will be with jagya ganga only.😉

There was a video in SBB where toral Shakti surekha ji was talking about Prat - It was aired on Monday. They all were at BV set shooting DS s last rituals. I saw the actor played khajan as well.

Saving grace - they did not made her Anandi Anant Singh.

i strongly doubt anandi character will remain in the serial. dadisa got proper exit . Hope anandi will also get respectable exit.

The children are no more children now. They are like almost 13.

The issue of the custody of the children come up when they are small kids under 8... after 8 usually the children are given a choice to decide with whom they want to live, like Nidhi chose to live with her father.

The kids who dont even know who their grand parents are and who know only BHwasis, will obviously choose to live in BH.

Really? Thanks! That's a new information for me! Well in that case, Shivam and Nandini are bound to chose BH family members considering that is the only family they have known properly

well shivam nandini will go anywhere but they have to come back jaitsar because main character now will be kundan and akheraj i think after leap.
