Indeed Eisha has grown as an actor and will continue to do so. She deserves to be applauded for doing such a difficult role at her age.

But I also liked her acting and looks in the first few episodes. In those Eisha as Dhani had an intangible sort of vulnerability which attracted me to the show and was extremely refreshing. Every time I saw Viplav and Dhani on screen together I felt that Vips was drawn towards her for the same vulnerability that defined her character. Now Dhani's character has matured and so has Eisha and she's really doing a marvelous job and matches Mishal's brilliant acting effortlessly most of the time but that innocence is slowly waning. (Guys just my perspective and most will not agree but I'm a strange person so my feelings are also a little strange maybe.)
