The Probable Reason behind ruhi becoming Ruhaan the Rockstar and staying with Nidhi naagin for freak 7 yrs...can be
RUHI MIGHT HAVE LOST HER MEOMRY after the Car accident happened
it can pe possible as when nidhi's car went down from cliff may be nidhi jumped out with ruhi n thn the car blasted n ACP raman n ishu thot thy died in blast...and ruhi must have got her forehead hurt hitting on a big stone and she fainted then nidhi took her to hospital and thr she might have came to know from docs that Ruhi lost her memory...so may be this was a golden chance for nidhi to elope with ruhi to another country n she might have told ruhi that she is ruhaan and then she upbringned her as ruhaan the rockstar..
May be a possibilty that ruhi if had not lost her memory she wud nvr had hated her ishimaa or family nyway...she might not remember nybody but after that incident she may often get fbs with ishimaa but pics r not cleared like negative images appeare in her dreams...or nightmare of that car accident and that to not clear
And even if ruhi remembers evrything n hates her ishima muing her then y she wud stay with nidhi either y wud she change her name y wud she will not want to live with her papa daadu daadi simmi bua...she cant hate them naa evn if she hates ishimaa...so more possibilites r likely that ruhi has lost her memory
