Mariam-Uz-Zamani
-The Forgotten Enigma
India is best known for its monument in all over world that is Taj Mahal.one of the seven wonders of the world.taj mahal stands as the memoir of love between the fifth mughal emperor shah jahan and his favourite wife arjumand bano or famously known as mumtaz mahal . taj stands splendidly on the banks of river yauna giving us the sight of the love that existed between the emperor and his wife.taj was built by the emperor to mourn over his beloved's death. But does true love always means tragic. There is yet another love story from the pages of mughal history, this couple were madly in love with each other and celebrated their love silently. The story of emperor akbar and his beloved queen mariam uz zamani begum sahiba. He didn't make a taj mahal to prove his love but this story still inspires people in the area of the golden triangle of india. The golden triangle comprising of jaipur delhi and agra witnessed this love story and is remembered by those who still reside there.
Emperor akbar the great one of the three people after whose name the title of the great is bestowed. But this great man was not born great. He had a journey from jallad jalal ud din Muhammad to akbar the great. But he was not alone in this journey the women who played an important role his beloved queen mariam uz zamani .whose name seems to be vanished from the pages of history. This book subjects her journey from the princess of amber to the only empress of india who ruled beside the emperor. I had tried my best to be accurate with the events and date. Don't dismiss this as an entirely work of fiction .this woman is my idol this my small effort for the lady who did'nt get her dues in the history. It has a slight touch of my imagination and point of view.
