Today's episode was the continuation of yesterday and worked itself as a building block for tis track. The episode was entirely focused on Yuvi and reflected on his past and present, reviving the agony and pain of rejection in him.
The episode started out with Kunj and Twinkle texting each other. I loved the sweet interaction between them. The chemistry and the comfort level between them is increasing and it is evident to the family members to that Kunj and Twinkle have finally accepted their relationship. I loved how Kunj wanted to come back right away but was told by Twinkle to wait for the perfect moment that is going to make their time more perfect. The conversation signified to me the careful steps Twinkle wants to take in order make sure that her relationship with Kunj does not suffer from anything or because of anyone. It was also an endearing moment between the two.

The Mahi and Yuvraj date revealed how Mahi and Yuvraj really did meet. After figuring out who Mahi was and her relationship with Twinkle, Yuvraj lured Mahi without her knowledge and took advantage of her loneliness by sweet-talking to her and initiating his interest in her. Not capable of handling such situations on her own, Mahi quietly accepted Yuvraj's advances until she fell for him and started trusting him as blindly as one could, by accepting his flaws and his mistakes. Somewhere along the way Mahi realized that Yuvraj's regrets were real but the ribbon of love on her eyes did not allow her to see that the regret in Yuvraj's eyes was not for the mistakes he committed but because of not being able to attain his goal despite crossing such long lengths. The date set up today signified the end of the chapter of 'love' from Mahi's life.
For Yuvraj, the need for Mahi to be by his side is important in order to maintain decorum in front of the world and to get to near Twinkle but what Yuvraj often forgets while formulating his plans is that the person he has to manipulate also possess a brain that can turn things around for him. Mahi has devoted her heart to Yuvi and Yuvi crushed it into pieces and in moment of desperation and frustration, Yuvraj talking about sexually imposing himself on Mahi further pulled the mask off his face for Mahi. The scene that follows through is super important for Yuvraj because Mahi exclaiming all those words that Twinkle uttered and giving all those reasons for which Twinkle ultimately left Yuvraj for Kunj willingly; brings out the scorned lover inside him.
Mahi stated all those points as Kunj stated before his marriage to Twinkle to Yuvi which turned Kunj into a target. mani has joined the list of people Yuvraj cannot tolerate because of the mirror they showed him with him reflecting as someone he is not in his own mind. Theses two people who are one of the most important people of Twinkle's life have insulted Yuvraj's love and 'junoon' for Twinkle. We all know that Yuvraj doesn't take rejection easily.
At one point or another, Yuvraj fell in love with Twinkle but the drive to attain her, to keep her like a prized trophy has turned him into a monster that he fails to see himself as. He only sees his actions as sacrifices of his own-reputation in front of the world which Twinkle fails to appreciate. The love he had for Twinkle overpowered by his obsession and at times, the vulnerability of the love shows itself in Yuvraj but there is so much negativity and darkness in Yuvraj's life that the loves inside Yuvraj embraces death with dignity giving way to the darkness that he leads his life by.
The song that plays while Yuvraj imagines Kunj and Twinkle getting intimate shows Yuvi's yearning to get Twinkle back in his life and not being able to understand why Twinkle will choose Kunj over him. Yuvi throughout his hallucination holds the single rose that Twinkle leaves between the candles and is unable to crush the petals. His inability to understand Twinkle's choices and her love for Kunj is heightening his obsession. I think it was quite interesting that Yuvi imagined both Kunj and Twinkle in white instead of red, him subconsciously associating the purity of Kunj and Twinkle's love for each other.
Twinkle doesn't realize the difference of Yuvraj's touch and Kunj's touch is because both the men have loved her. The difference between both is that one's love is wrapped in thorns of obsession and other's love is wrapped in respect and protectiveness. I really hope that this aspect of Twinkle changes as her relationship with Kunj develops further. Yuvi's pushing Twinkle causes her to bleed. The hand is a source of strength and the cut on her hand crosses right across the line of her heart. Yuvi's last battle with Kunj and Twinkle has started. He is going to cause put Twinkle on line by pushing Mahi in the way and Kunj on the line by taking control over Twinkle and claiming only his right over her. It'll be clear to Kunj that Yuvi cannot tolerate the physical relationship of her and him.
Cherry and Bebe's presence in the room indicated that Surjeet, Cherry and Bebe themselves will not allow Yuvraj in the house despite Anita's insistence.
Usha for the first time has stood next to the family when facing Anita on the opposite, signifying the unification of the family. For Anita, the reason of her existence is her son but instead dog utilizing her energy on her son, she has pulled him closer to her while putting fires around herself. Anita's fight with the Taneja's ended the day Twinkle was thrown out by Usha. What Anita wanted was to snatch Leela's pride away from her in front of the world and her war was won momentarily in her own eyes while she lost in the bigger picture but the ordeal put an end to the fight between active warfare between Leela and Anita. Now the war is between Yuvraj and Twinkle and Yuvraj Luthra doesn't care who comes in his way. For if anyone does, he will make sure to kill that person as ruthlessly as he can.
Anita going back to Yuvraj with the food signified that although she is able to see through glimpses of what she has turned her son into, the purpose of her life won't allow her to step back but only encourage Yuvraj to take on more destructive steps. Such a powerful yet tragic turn of events because of one wrong motivation.
Overall the episode was great in my opinion. It revived the lost steam of emotions and brought forth the "Ishq" of two men that continue to stand by her in their own senses.
