Dunno...but I think it's not Janki. When Akshay was struggling with his life, Janki was scared and praying that nothing happens to Akshay otherwise it'll open the door for Kajal and Raunak to re-unite. So why would she have done it?
Unless she thought Kajal would be in the car with Raunak, even then she had enough time to stop the person in burqah coz she was with Kajal and knew that Akshay and Raunak are together.
It's someone else maybe...

Don't know why I feel it can be either Nidhi.For her bro happiness she can done this. or Vidhi - she wanted to kill Ranuak.So that her son become the heir of Janki business.

I some time feel.This murder was planned to kill Ranuak.But Akshay died.

After watching today epi.I feel Janki has held captive of her husband in the house.
